I blew out my tire yesterday mid afternoon, right at the corner (thank you God) of Pasqual's shop. They were able to pull my car in, put my donut on and ordered my new tire. Pasquale called me before 10am next day to tell me my new tire is ready to mount. Wtg!

My tires were low in air and as I was driving by I noticed a hose right outside their shop with a sign reading "air service". I pulled in and asked if I could use the hose, to which the attendant said sure and also offered to help. I told him the appropriate pressure for the tires and he proceeded to start filling. His digital pressure reader was apparently not functioning since my car showed he overfilled the front tires by almost 10psi...no big deal though as that's an easy fix. However, as soon as he finished and I got in my car and thanked him - he said "normally this is $2". I was surprised considering A) their sign shows no fee and B) he never mentioned anything about cost when I first asked about using their air. Now, yes, $2 really isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but considering I could very well have done this myself at any other gas station for $0.75, I was a little ticked. I handed him a $20 and, to only make matters worse, I noticed he short changed me $1 after pulling away. So not only did they not advertise nor mention a cost beforehand, they were also ripping me off. At this point, it was a matter of principle and feeling the need to call them out for trying to take advantage of people. I turned around and went back to tell him he short changed me and to get my money back, but also told them what they were doing is wrong. The response I got was "I'm sorry, but they always ask that we charge for the air". To which I told him if it were advertised, or even if I were just told before hand, I'd have no issue, but this wasn't the case. He then proceeded to tell me that his boss was "actually pissed I even gave you change".... Shocking and ridiculous considering I gave him a $20. He said he would mention the issue to his boss, but still made no move to give me my money back. I then asked for at least my $1 back, to which he pulled out HIS OWN WALLET, and gave me a single. Don't go here unless you want to be taken advantage of and probably ripped off. Absolutely atrocious.

Thank you for your feedback! The gas attendant referred by one of the reviewer's was actually very nice he did talk a lot but he was a wonderful person. He no longer works there. If you need to quick fill up in the morning please try us again...
