The people there was so helpful and nice and anytime I ever had a question they were always there with an answer. They did a lift and tire change and they did such a great job. I will surely comeback if I have any future work and would recommend them to anyone that wanted a lift, leveling kit or bigger tires

2016 3500 HD I have brought here multiple times. They do great work. Just a few things they have done that I can think of off the top of my head: Fixed my alignment and wheel positioning. Rotated my 6 tires, fixed an electrical splitter with my amp steps. I also had some serious squeaking in my front suspension as well, fixed a few broken parts and torqued/tightened my lift. Fixed my 4 link Kelderman rear air due to a leak. Also fixed my train horn compressor that had gone out as well. Prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!! Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Electrical repair

I had heard such wonderful things from Down East Off Road. I had them put on some rear lowering hangers on my truck. I must say that I'm extremely impressed and exceeded my expectations with the job they performed. As you can see from the pictures that my truck was sitting uneven from where I had installed 2 inch lowering springs in the front and shackles in the rear. Now the truck is sitting leveled and drives awesome. The communication between myself and Scott Hinnant was great. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer. I definitely recommend this shop!

Great experience. I called a few days prior and Chris was able to get me setup with an appointment in the timeline I needed. Once I got there the service kept getting better. Everyone was friendly, and the pricing was the best within a large area. I had been looking for tires for almost 3 months, and they had the best prices around. My jeep was done quickly and professionally, and I love the new tires.
