We meet with Greg to buy a truck on the lot! He was great from start to finish! Along with the other staff. We appreciate you taking time to meet with us to pick up the truck in a way that fit our schedule. You don't find that everywhere! It wasn't a pressured deal like most lots, it was an extremely easy painless process. Very good experience purchasing a truck from them. They're great people to work with and very helpful. Went on a Saturday to look at the many clean and we'll valued trucks they have and drove away with one of Monday. Wouldn't hesitate about going back and referring them to other.

All in all great people to work with! After trading my vehicle in on a truck, the transmission went out of the new truck after leaving the lot on our way home. We called Greg which was our salesman, and him and his crew immediately came to where we are to see what was going on. The owner of the lot came with them, and checked the truck out and confirmed the transmission did go out. Before I could even get words out of my mouth about what we was going to about the situation, he said not to worry that they would take care of all expenses and have the truck repaired no questions asked! They even brought us our old truck we used for trade, to drive while the new truck was being fixed. Communication throughout the whole process of everything was great, if I called them they would always answer the phone or immediately call me back, and made sure I was in the loop about the repairs on my truck. I would definitely do business with them again down the road, and recommend them to anyone else!

Was told they were closed on Sundays, come on Monday to look at a certain car. Made the 1+ hour drive there, they sold the car on Sunday. **Edit** It would have been nice to have been informed of taking appointments on Sundays. Perhaps WE could have made an appointment that Sunday & purchased the vehicle, instead of rearranging our schedules on Monday to come look at a car that had already been sold...

I don't even know where to start. First gear was the best car buying experience I've ever had. They're so easy to get along with and everyone there wants the best for you. They try their hardest to get you the exact vehicle you want and are able to work you the entire way. They got me my dream vehicle that I honestly didn't think I would be able to get, but they made it happen. The process was easy, the selection of vehicles is awesome, and the staff are such caring individuals. If you're in the market for a vehicle I highly suggest going to First Gear. They treat you like family. They're a dealership that actually cares about the wellbeing of their customers.
