I shop here regularly and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. The shelves are stocked so neatly so you can find what you need easily unlike some other stores. They always help me find what I need and make me feel very welcome when I come in and during check out.

the manager and two main employees are downright unpleasant. no concept of customer service. the younger brunette is just condescending and the blonde barely acknowledges anyone and doesn't even pretend to be polite. lose the goth teenager act it's ridiculous. compared to other locations this one is outdated and dingy. Never spending my money here again.

5 stars to the girls that work here BUT 1 star to the manager of this location, she is incredibly intrusive the few times I spoke with her about taking my practical test and insinuated it was my fault my test date was delayed when in fact the state messed up my paperwork. However I do love coming here for all my hair needs and the toni (I hope I spelled it correctly) is always so nice and helpful !

Worst customer service , the girls that work there are so nasty and forget if you have a question and they have to actually move or help you . The look an attitude I go from them was ridiculous!! I will gladly drive out of my way to go to another location . They need serious lessons on customer service. Won’t be going back ever!
