Prompt and courteous staff! Great communication and reliable. The team reached out to me immediately after my online order to ensure I was getting what I needed. Ed the delivery driver was friendly and went above and beyond making sure that the recipient got the flowers and they weren't left outside. He made sure to text me a picture and let me know the flowers were delivered! Will definitely use Jacqueline's Flowers again

I went into Jacqueline’s today to order an arrangement for a friend to be delivered. Victoria and Michelle were very kind and patient as they helped me. I chose Jacqueline’s because of the beautiful designs I have seen on their social media. They really are artists and will help you to create exactly what you’d like. I found the pricing to be very fair for the quality of the flowers and the beautiful containers they offer. I added on a pair of earrings from a local artist that I know my friend will love. Highly recommend!!!

I love this place! I came in for the first time on Mother's day for flowers (yes last minute I know) and even though they were busy I still got my perfect custom bouquet!! It was exactly how I wanted it. And I'm definitely coming back to try out their cafe!!

The staff makes you feel like family. I regularly went to Cafe Flora for coffee and food for years until I moved out of state. They are so warm and welcoming, always remembering my orders. They made me feel like family! I even had my first date with my now husband there and used Jacqueline’s as our wedding florist. Overall wonderful place. Warm atmosphere, great coffee and food, fresh and beautiful flowers. 10/10 every time!

Most organized, precise florist EVER. Gave me a spreadsheet with costs per flower for my wedding and worked with me to adjust if over budget but not effect quality or beauty of their design. I left it up to Jacqueline's to come up with what would go best with bridesmaids dress colors and the idea was nothing like the other 5 florists I checked out (who all had the same boring standard idea) before going to Jacqueline's. I HIGHLY suggest using Jacqueline's for your wedding (or anything flower related for that matter)!

From start to finish, Christian and his team provided great service, detailed breakdowns of cost and flower choices, and offered inspired design input (the high/lo choices for the centerpieces). When it came to our wedding, Christian could not have been any better to work with! He was so organized, had an amazing attention to detail, always willing to talk and answer questions, and helped us stay within the budget we were looking at. The day of our wedding was perfect! From bouquets, corsages, boutineers, chuppah and ceremony, cocktail hour, memory table, centerpieces, and wedding cake decorations the details in each piece was more than we ever expected! We received so many compliments and have recommended you to so many people. My husband calls each year for our anniversary (and my birthday which is the same day) to order a bouquet similar to our wedding flowers! We will use Jacqueline's Flowers for years to come!

I am so happy with the flowers I sent to my mom for her birthday! I am very particular about flowers and when ordering from companies like 1800 Flowers in the past I’ve been very disappointed with the arrangements! The person who took my order took their time and came up with this beautiful arrangement! Since traveling to see my mom has been hard because of the pandemic as I work as physician I am so glad I was able to express through the florist how much she is loved! I appreciate the staffs attention to detail with her surprise and will be definitely be ordering from them in the future!
