This place consistently has good food, however this place also consistently is closed early and the website does not display the correct status. I find it very annoying driving all the way there just to find out it’s closed because the doors locked. The bald guy that runs this place and the carvel next door is not a very nice person and barely engages in conversation. Good food but terrible customer service

The sandwich was good. It definitely wasn't the best I had but it is edible and better then your local subways and blimpie restaurants. Overall I would recommend you try it and give your opinion.

Great subs friendly staff quick service. Favorite sub place in the area. The classic cowboy is awesome and they have good chipotle sauce.

I've been coming here since they opened. Owner is a cool dude. Super boring guy and always has same face on, but a great guy. You just have to bust past his outer shell. He's provided long term jobs for his staff. He supports community. The food is fantastic. Breakfast sandwiches are hearty. Fries tasty. Try the Smokin Cowboy, you won't be disappointed !

First time ordering via DoorDash for lunch. Time of my delivery got rescheduled twice so I called the store to determine what was going on as they also refused to speak the the DoorDasher who was patiently waiting there. Very rudely, the gentleman who picked up the phone said, “we’re busy today” and then abruptly hung up the phone without an apology. Typically, most places apologize for the inconvenience of long wait times but clearly this place saw nothing wrong with it. I haven’t gotten my food and I can most definitely say I’ll never return again strictly because of the customer service. For a sandwich shop, your wait time should be no longer than 15 mins.

I have been coming here since high school. The sandwiches here easily #1 in my book. Specialty sandwiches like the Hugo or there Smoking Cowboy are must tries. Their selection is incredible and they're not limited to what they can make. I have asked for some odd sandwiches just to experiement and they have made them for me. Overall great place to eat.

I wanted to prepare myself for being snowed in so I ordered from this location. I called in my order of the classic smokin cowboy no cheese and no bacon. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and the man asked if I was there for pick up. I told him my name and my food was ready. It came to a little over $9. When I got home I put it away. When I finally endulged it wasn't bad at all. It was very filling as well. The chipotle gave it a kick but it could of used more sauce. All in all I had a good experience.

I have been doing door dash deliveries for them for a while and the food always looks and smells delicious. Finally had to try for myself. Everything is fresh. The fries are fresh cut and taste great. The bread is fresh and soft. I got a cheesesteak sandwich that was classic nothing fancy. I will try something more unique next time.

Good prices and good food! Only a moderate wait time during busy lunch hour, since they work very fast! Most people seem to order to go or order over the phone and pick up. We stopped in for the BBQ chicken cheese steak special(came with fries and a drink) and a Smokin' Cowboy! Both sandwiches had a good flavor and portion size! We'll be coming back! 😊
