I’m all for small businesses and supporting them.But what I have encountered with this dealer was nothing but problems. I went on a Saturday to pick up a car I purchased, signed all the papers paid 2500$ for their “ bumper to bumper warranty”. Later that day the engine light came on. Went back 8 times over the course of March to mid April and couldn’t get the problem fixed until than. After they fixed it and said that was the last time and go to inspection I failed. Had to go back and they were aggravated even though it is guaranteed inspection. Finally after 2 months of ownership the car passed inspection. That’s not all again 2 months into ownership and my ac went out completely. I called and they said sorry I can’t help you my service guy isn’t available, I waited 2 weeks for a call back and nothing. I purchased that 2500$ warranty they said covered everything. I took it to a gm service last week since they never replied and they stated that the warranty does not cover that part and it is 3500$ to fix a blend door. Nothing has been done when I purchased that extended warranty. It is extremely aggravating I had to go back and forth there 8 times and when something expensive goes they don’t want to help at all. They seemed like good people the day of buying the car but if you encounter any problems after, they are not there to help you

William was helpful, efficient and friendly but unfortunately I was sold a Jeep that I realized was running rough the day after I purchased it. I was told to wait for an appointment to bring it in until my contract was active, and did so until it began leaking transmission fluid and oil and I was forced to stop elsewhere on my way to work. It required over $2000 in work that was not covered by the service contract that I purchased, which I paid to a dealership I trusted more than one that sold me a faulty vehicle. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle here, bring your mechanic along with you. As a woman who doesn't know much about inspecting a vehicle, I learned my lesson.

Met with Jules Rodriguez and I purchased a vehicle and paid for it in full. Upon leaving the dealership with the vehicle I noticed the passenger side power window motor wasn’t working. I called and left a message for Jules and did not hear back. 2 days later i went To start it up and it didn’t start. Turned out the starter went and needed replacement. No big deal. Things happen. Put it another call, not returned. 2 emails and they did not respond. Finally I called and got through and spoke to the sales manager and he said I would have to pay for my own tow there for them to look at it. I live 45 mins away and the cost of the tow would have cost close to the cost of the new starter. They were not willing to work with me or send someone out. Extremely rude about it too. I had the starter replaced at my own mechanic. Bottom line......do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Scroll down and read similar stories. Zero integrity. Zero follow through and they ducked my calls and emails.

I went to the Nissan dealership first and they told me that my monthly car payments would be 400 and change which I thought was crazy. They ran my credit 7 times which I didn’t understand. I was in need of a car so the next day I googled an auto shop near me and ideal auto popped up. I seen a car I was in love with and decided to go down to the shop. William was amazing he is the best person that can help you out with getting a car. I walked out with the car I fell in love with plus I had a way cheaper monthly car payment. Everyone come to this shop you will love it they are the best. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to because this shop is worth coming down too trust me. I will definitely tell my friends, family, and co workers about ideal auto. Thank you William I appreciate you. Avoid Nissan dealer ship please and come here.

So glad we gave this place a shot. My husband wasn't too into going to a place that's not a dealership but we're so glad we did! No gimmicks, no hidden fees. Jules and William were a pleasure to work with.. definitely check this place out if you're looking for a used car.

I can not say enough about how well Mark from Ideal Auto treated me. I found the Murano on Ebay called Mark he gave me all the details about a salvaged car title and sent me the car fax. I was hesitant never buying one before. He assured me the car was mechanically sound and fixed to manufacturers specs. . He was right, I've had no trouble at all. Living in North Carolina I flew in to Trenton NJ Mark even paid my Uber fare from the airport to his dealership and drove it home. I would buy from him again no hesitation.

I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Touring Sedan, sight unseen, via Ebay Motors from IdealAutoUSA. It was actually a Mass. salvage vehicle from some rain event with only 350 miles at the time. The purchase price was an absolute steal and I am loving the car. Not a thing wrong with it! I dealt exclusively with Mark Golub. Mark is a man a few words, but when he speaks, it is always clear, honest, and factual. The communications and the entire transaction including shipping arrangements from NJ to OK were stellar. In summary, my experience with IdealAuto USA and Mark Golub could not have been improved upon. Can't go wrong with Mark and Ideal!!
