Went to Menlo Park store today to buy a hat and was completely ignored by the person working in the store, I was the only customer in the store at the time but the guy was too busy FaceTimeing a friend to hear me say "excuse me" twice, I had to walk out with nothing. Horrible experience! Do better lids.

Went today to figure out if I got the right file to get two hats done turn out they were messed up but Tim helped me get the logo sent out to get the hats done later this week possibly so if you have problems with anyone else there Tim is a super nice guy and super informative

I am currently at the Menlo Park location the time is 10:40am and get his store was supposed to be open at ten, yet no one is here. I drove all the way from cranbury to shop here …. Unacceptable!!!

Chris helped me catch that WOW factor excellent!! Great price and quick turnaround awesome job Lids on finding a great manager that goes the extra mile!!
