I was finally able to get a PS5 and it was thanks to this store. That's not the only reason I'm giving them a 5 though. They had a large number of games, gear, and accessories. I was able to get everything I wanted like extra games and controllers. Plus the store is clean and well organized. But most importantly the association were quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also found out there is military discount thanks to the associate asking. All in all it was a pleasant experience and this will be my main game store.

New management is pushing and annoying. I used to drive all the way here instead of Hamilton because the manager and staff were really chill and nice. This new manager and staff is really annoying, pushy and shady. At least now i wont have to drive as far to get games. Plus best buy has a program for used games now two and they have a better point system.
