Victor helped me set up my new S22 Ultra phone after I was frustrated by the online and chat options. He answered all my questions and had a positive, upbeat attitude that was refreshing and encouraging without being condescending. I came back 2 days later with further questions, and once again, Victor (and his associate Josh) helped me finish setting up my phone. He even helped me pair the phone to my camera so I could see my camera photos on my phone. Thanks for everything!

The District Manager, Gibby was amazing with his knowledge and explanation of promos. We were able to analyze and correct a few things on my business account which made the experience alot more pleasant. 10 out of 10 recommend. Will say it tends to get busy in the door, but with a little patience it is well worth the wait. Ask for Gibby for any and all of your Wireless needs.

Excellent experience. Gibby went thru all my phone issues. Chrome kept spewing pop ups and a random smart news app kept spamming. He was able to remove all the pop ups while assisting a store full of guests. The man is a multitasker and I would give 10 stars if possible. Must come see this man for any and all wireless needs. Watched him work 4 customers out with exceptional experience and all walked out happy. Definitely recommend this store.
