I come here often after my night shift at work. Staff is super friendly overall just nicer. I know that it's the same franchise, but the Harrison one just appeals more. Wait times are quicker for your food because of more hands on deck and just overall a better experience than Kearny.

I got food poisoning from the egg, bacon quick check burrito. I vomited soon after. I was the only one in my group to eat the burrito. The others only ordered coffeebut no one got sick. I recommend the Colombian coffee is really good.

Who ever is in the back on the morning shift for food and drinks please have different people to work back there. The 2 women that are there rush through drinks and food let alone to answer customers questions. The men that work the evening or afternoon shift should switch to morning. They make the food way more better and take their time. The women are quick to run their mouth about other people working there but can’t even do their own job right. This store needs to do better.

I would give them less stars if I could. Why remodel and spend money if you are going to lock the bathrooms like a safe. Do you guys hold money in them they are more secure than your your registers.

Went there for a bagel with cream cheese and got this joke. Who makes a bagel like this? Why did I pay for cream cheese when this virtually a plain bagel? I actually think the person who made this may have did it out of spite because this is just illogical. This was early AM Sunday and I was starving.

The more mature cashier who wears glasses is very pleasant and friendly which is why I am giving my rating. She is always a pleasure to interact with. Most of the other cashiers barely greet or acknowledge you.

3/28/2021: Selling EXPIRED FOOD. There were 2 more here that I almost bought. Food is never "made to order" accurately, hot foods are almost always cold, and employees' social lives seem to take priority over customers.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. My one and only constant complaint is when you cook food it’s consistently cold or still frozen in areas. I’m not the one to come back in and complain in person but this has gotten to the point where I won’t be purchase any hot sandwiches any more. Tonight is a perfect example I got a cheesesteak, walked a block to my home took a bite , spat it out because most of the cheese steak was still frozen in the center. For the sake of your other customers who also are to nice and say something ..Please check the temperature of the food and make sure it’s good to serve, it’s a terrible experience to bite into a freezing cold “hot” sandwich.

I’m mostly a night owl. Sophia makes juicy subs every time I order them. Such consistency and always has this beautiful smile on her face and eager to help customers. One of the genuine people I have met. One thing I appreciate about the place is, food is available 24/7.
