The person who does the sandwiches today seems like pretty miserable and dont even want to be at work today very rude cashier as well. Cream cheese bagel come with almost no cream cheese.

Seriously ,.NEWS FLASH .just because you put out the 2 wet floor signs doesn't remove all liability,.. yr very lucky i didnt break my leg,..and seriously 2 donuts should not cost $3.50

On vacation and I ordered coffee 5 days in a row. The last 2 days i ordered the workers have been LAZY to bring my coffee out CURBSIDE as ordered. When I went in to pick it up and told them they said "oh well here it is". Do your job and stop being lazy!

Their dark roast coffee is pretty darn good, full-bodied and not over roasted. A great change from their tepid tasting acidic regular coffee.

Friendly home town coffee shop. It may be a franchise, but it's still small town honesty. I forgot my purse in the bathroom- went back hours later to look for it, thinking all was lost. The employees and manager kept it safe behind the counter, cash and credit cards untouched. It doesn't get any better than that!

This dunkin always has exceptional service! My favorite barista Bri is just amazing and is the main reason I don't go to the other dunkin in town. She is always funny and charismatic. A factor on why I go out of the house to get coffee instead of brewing it at home. Honestly she deserves a raise.

I have been going to this DD for years and everything was always great,however, the new staff (except for some) CANT MAKE COFFEE? I have had to change it constantly or go back in and have them try again. I order Extra Large Coffee L+S and it never comes back that way... It comes back dark, without enough sugar, made with vanilla in it or it just tastes old. I MISS THE OLD CREW. I have unfortunately went to other DD's because this one is just not getting it right anymore. :(
