I have been a T-Mobile client for over 10 years and this was the best experience I have ever had in a store. Robert is a genius and extremely knowledgeable and shows such a passion for what he does. This location is truly blessed to have him because he absolutely knows everything you need to get what you want. We purchased 3 new iPhone 13 and also did a trade in on one of our devices. He sold us on the insurance plan as well as the screen protector add on feature which I know will be worth it as he clearly explained the benefits. Great experience and will never go to another location for assistance as long as Robert is at this location. Corporate should promote this kid to manager and see their store double in revenue within a few months. Awesome job Robert!!!

I've been with T-Mobile mobile going on 8 years and anytime I have a problem or explain just want to get something for my phone I never have a problem I was grandfathered in as they change their business and renewed their prices and I still pay a rate from 8 years ago and I bought new phones and recently the screen where is cracked on my phone and I have insurance and within 24 hours I had my new phone I took it to the store and they transferred everything on my phone set it all up and were fantastic and I took a picture of the gentleman who helped me he's a young man and every time I go to that store he's right there for me and knows me as I come through the door and greets me well it's a new year and I ended up with another new phone upgrade went for my honky tonk old toy two new one the guys that were there as always fantastic people at T-Mobile and I can never complain about the service or the price I pay T-Mobile was always be there

They are incompetent and unwilling to help. Numerous questions in-store deflected by employees to call T-Mobile and Sprint?? Um, I'm here, at the store, you are both T-mobile and Sprint. Total waste of time, and the building is a waste of space. Probably better of going to a real store in Toms River. Or changing carriers.

The store manager is absolutely by far the best! His customer service is a step above the rest! All the staff are great! He really helped me out when I was in a bad predicament! I have been with T-Mobile for 13 years now & he just wow’ed me even more! I will recommend everyone to go! Super helpful & knowledgeable on all devices!

I absolutely hate that I switched to Tmobile but the stores do help ! Dealing with this store for over a week now with different issues and they are going above and beyond what they have to do with what they are given ; customer care sometimes gives them no leeway or wiggle room with things . But they do the best with what they are given .

I had read the reviews about the Lanoka Harbor store and decided to go there. Faisal helped me pick out my IPhone and made the process very simple even with transferring over 1000 pictures he was so patient and never seemed in a hurry. I have been a t mobile customer for many years and this was the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend this store and Faisal. He was a true professional and his customer service was top notch.
