You are always greeted with friendly staff on your way in and out. This gym is clean and well kept.

They have good machines, good setup, nice location, staff pleasant. But the place is not climate controlled well, no air circulation, humid, smelly, and sweaty place, machines aren't kept up, entire place is not kept up, employees dont work generally. They sit around and talk trying to court each other. Its a childlike and irresponsible approach to running a business. The previous manager whom was here until spring 2022, was very detail oriented, place was super cool, airy, breezy, ventilated, no smells, the mgr would walk around and clean as would all employees, they didnt sit around and yap like in high school. Everything stinks and is hot, humid, sweaty and uncomfortable now. I cant get a good workout in due to all this grossness. To be honest, most recently, I noticed some bites on me just after I left here from the black card area recently. They need to wash the hydro covers, have bottles that work to clean, clean additionally, treadmills aren't well maintained they have rusted USB ports, shakiness so your knees get messed up, bad motors that vibrate, dirty sweat droppings from profuse sweating thats out of control. Modified stepper full body machines are not bad because not much can go wrong with them.

Came back to home club after several months. Still clean as ever, moved the equipment around and seems like there's more room. Same great place and now my 16 & 14 year old sons can enjoy the current promotion. Great deal for 14-19 students!

Overall the gym is well kept. Really would like someone that is capable of opening on time. I'm grateful I have a black membership and can go to Washington twshp. They always seem to open at the scheduled time.

Some machines have tears in material in important places that could injure. Nobody cleans. Everyone, amd that’s many often stand around and talk to each other and don’t do any cleaning . Nobody cleans now Much different than before since mgr left. It’s usually hot in here now too and When all sweat it stinks. I smell like collective body odor when I leave now and it’s ashame All they have to do is use AC in summer and make it cool And also clean Machines are poorly maintained It’s ashame Somebody needs to be made aware so it will change.

Customer Service can make or break any business. The staff at Planet Fitness greet you as you're coming through the door. They're friendly and are available to answer questions. What's more, the gym is kept clean and has a friendly vibe.

The morning girl is fantastic! She has the gym open on time and you always see her cleaning and stocking. If she is not there, be prepared to wait and watch people leave because it opens late.

They do not care about their members! Hide behind corporate policies and personal trainer there is just nasty and patronizing. I am driving to the other one in Sewell 8 miles further away because the manager was not being helpful and was backing up his new personal trainer instead of working with me. The front desk red haired girl is also nasty and her demeanor is cold. She makes you feel horrible the minute that you walk into the gym. I am very upset and if I could, I would definitely give this club and staff a big zero! They suc!

Needs to be open till 11 or 12 during week and 9 on weekends. Used pandemic to cut hours and didn’t expand again when they could other locations are open 24 hours still and Giant Fitness up the street us 24x7. They will respond claiming hours are to keep facility clean but how are other gyms and PFs staying clean open 24 hours? It’s to cut expenses, nothing more. Music too loud you can’t hear your earbuds without blasting your ears out. Never any toilet paper in girls bathroom everyone standing around talking up front. Yelp had much lower reviews than Google which I find interesting.

The Mantua, NJ club is extremely well run and the Staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and organized. I am 66 years old and I recommend this Planet Fitness for all senior citizens who are interested in taking care of their health. My doctor told me the other day that exercise is better than any medicine he could prescribe.
