I normally utilize another store but they were giving me a really hard time about shipping a particularly large and awkward item that I was unable to package myself. I brought in a large, framed glass picture that I was worried about safely shipping. Larren went above and beyond for me! I wish I could hire 10 of her for my workplace. I was greeted warmly when I came in (she was with another customer) and I watched her assist and help the person before me with the same enthusiasm she displayed for me. She assured me she would have my picture delivered safely packed! Another elderly woman came in during my encounter and Larren was kind and patient when the lady explained that what she needed printed was in her phone. I so appreciated Larren’s professionalism and ability to make everyone feel important and taken care of!

Manager is very unprofessional talking to customers with a dog in his hand. When a customer is concerned about how expensive a package is you should at least act like it matters instead of trying to belittle them and treat them like they are completely uneducated. Packages came from Amazon and only cost under $40 to deliver. We are trying to return them and it is costing over $100 per package. Instead of the manager just talking with us we were talked down to. He felt the need to get louder and louder and replied “it is what it is” and made sure all other customers were his audience inside and outside. I completely understand prices are what they are;however, it’s how you speak to someone and how you act as a manager. We ship everything from there. Never again, my family will no longer go there either. Good job 👍🏻

Went there to print 3 pieces of paper. I email them the documents and they print it. The unprofessional guy working seemed bothered to do work and told be he was charging $2 for each piece of paper he printed for a total of $6. When I gasped and asked him why $6 when usually its less then a dollar. He then told me its not $2 its $3. So now the total was $9 just to print 3 pages. Mind you its was a shipping label in black and white, not a full color picture. I told him never mind it was to expensive and he just smiled and said ok. I then went to Staples and printed the 3 pages for $0.30 total. I truly feel like he just didn't want to be bothered. I have been a loyal customer for 4 months now printing and shipping packages, I will never go back there.

Stay away from this place!! Total Rip Off Artists.. Do not take your Amazon Returns there. They want $3.00 to print one page label out and $2.50 to put tape on box! WHAT? Highway robbery!! Plus to top it off, the owner and the workers are so rude! They are literally charging unsuspecting consumers $5.50 for 1 piece of paper and a piece of wrapping tape. Not a roll of tape- a piece. Not a ream of paper- a piece. $5.50. Lol I can’t even believe it but it’s true. If you call the Glassboro UPS it is $1.00 to print a 1 page label. Still expensive for 1 piece of paper though. Take all your UPS to Staples! ..15 cents or even free for the label and they put tape on the box for you for free! TAKE YOUR UPS PACKAGES TO STAPLES NOT HERE! BE WARNED!

I was satisfied with the service before Tuesday afternoon when I came in to send out my 2 boxes. There wasn't any more customers in the store. The clerk placed my label on a box that had no markings on it to the box was from or that who it was going to. My boxes were clearly marked. How a clerk couldn't match up the labels to the correct box isn't a professional. When I called the store to inform the owner that I had a issue the manager said he would take care of it. When I went into the store and was treated unprofessional by the manager once again and was informed that he would take care of my issues when he had the time. Possibly today and I wouldn't have my package back till sometime after Christmas. It is going to cost more money than what I paid to fix the issue. The manager wouldn't give me the owner's name or number to contact them directly.
