We really liked the friendly people and the food in this place. The variety in the menu was great too. The only negative was that there was no air conditioning or it was broken. We were able to eat at tables outside, so we weren't too hot.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese Bagel. Waited for 30 mins. Watch other customers ordered food and somehow they got their food before me. It looked like they where unorganized they had 6 people working. I finally got my food. Hopped in my truck and went home. Sat down at my kitchen table ready to eat. My sandwich didn’t have any bacon on it. Such a shame cause I love supporting local businesses. But I didn’t want to write a bad review cause I understand mistakes can happen by being a small business owner myself. But it happened to me twice so unfortunately I’m not going there again.

I ordered a standard sandwich from the menu which was supposed to come with horseradish sauce. When my sandwich finally arrived there was no sauce and I had to go back to get it. Tables were not wiped clean. Might try again for a standard bagel or breakfast sandwich but it will definitely not be at the top of my list.

What we got (a large assortment) was an underbaked pale, soft outermost crust... essentially a very dense BREAD with a poor crumb with very little gluten development. Pich some of the inside of these bagels and you get a compressed, gluey mess between your fingers. There was barely any color and no crunch in the crust. It seems that little or no liquid malt is used in this recipe, which is used to give that distinctive bagel color and taste. IMO, it seems they aren't using a quality, high gluten bread flour--a necessity for bagels. The overall taste is very chebwey and dense, like a low quality deli bread... So dense that you'd want to scoop out the middle before making a sandwich. Be aware, these will leave you feeling full and digestion will be difficult. Trust me... These are nothing like a good quality bagel. Very sad change for what used to be a good place for bagels.

30 minute wait for two sandwiches. I don’t even order the cream cheese bagels anymore because they put an ounce of cream cheese on each order. The old place would be packed and I’d wait 20 max for my sandwiches. This place used to be so good. It’s a shame.

Super disappointed that our go to bagel place not only increased their prices but the amount of cream cheese given was almost non existent The bagel itself was super yummy. I wish the new owners all the best but they may need to rethink a things.

I was really pleased with my recent visit to Bridge Street Bagels. This bagel shop has a nice indoor seating area and several items to choose from. They have a good selection of bagels, muffins, salads and over a dozen of cream cheese varieties. The staff was very nice and the location was well kept. I ordered coffee, which was ok, and a bagel with cream cheese and a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese which were fantastic. The bagels tasted fresh and were very good! I highly recommend visiting this location and I will certainly be back.

They have a good selection of bagels, muffins, salads and over a dozen of cream cheese varieties. The staff was very nice and the location was well kept. I ordered coffee, which was ok, and a bagel with cream cheese and a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese which were fantastic. The bagels tasted fresh and were very good! I highly recommend visiting this location and I will certainly be back.

Gave vegan options to me, and they had tons of bagel varieties. They toasted me up bagels with vegan butter and I got rainbow bagels to go. Very pleasant atmosphere and everyone should go here.
