I am so thankful to Tom and his team for fixing my car QUICKLY, for a great price, and without issues. Things I didn't even realize were problems (those little quirks that some cars have) were fixed and my used car left his garage better than when I bought it off the dealer lot a year earlier. Tom was friendly and immediately diagnosed the problem, told me when he could work on it, and it was ready when he said it would be ready. Easy, friendly, efficient. I have been taken advantage of at other places because I don't know anything about cars and just have to have faith in the mechanic. At Tom's, I was treated with respect and I trust their work at a fair price. I don't even live in Frenchtown, but as long as I am able to get my car here, this is where I'll be taking it from now on.
