Going on a trip to PA, saw on google maps their drive-thru is open until 12 and it was 11:14 so I assumed they’d be open. Pull up in the drive through and was asked “are you going to be ordering from the app?” To which I replied “no”. After that I was ignored and didn’t hear anything else on the speaker. So I pulled up to the window just to be told they’re closed… either the times have to be updated or people have got to be told to stop closing early as it is a huge inconvenience getting off of 80 just to be ignored.

Monday afternoon, Oct 17th near 3:00 pm..... order taker at drive thru did one of the nicest compassionate loving things that any public business has ever done. It touched my heart so deeply I cried. THANK YOU McDONALDS for hiring such sensitive aware and kind people.

I made an online order for a customized burger. I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. They did come tell me anything or have me move to a different spot. Totally messed up my order. I make it online as to not have any errors. I can't have cheese and I requested no cheese and I still got it. Unfortunately I was already running late and didn't have time to get it changed. The fries were barely warm. It was a bit of a mess.

The kiosk system was poorly maintained and operating sporadically. Upper management needs to have a better maintenance plan.

We were on a trip and stopped for some fries and a drink. The only thing was I forgot to look for a straw. And by the time I checked we were on the road and I didn't have one. It was hard to drink with the top off while driving. Vegetarian options: They do have meatless options

Ok service. Ordered a happy meal and the fries were missing. I'm glad I checked the happy meal before I drove away. Always check your bag before you leave. Features: Masks.

I went here this afternoon, asked for a happy meal with extra pickles and double fries There were no pickles on my burger at all and I got the small kids fry with apple slices instead of the double fries. It was so disappointing and I didn't have time to go back in the drive through line which was a mile long. They also don't answer phone calls which I tried calling them three times. I go here all the time and they never mess up so badly. Also the 6 fries I did get were burnt and hard as a rock🤢
