Perfect people selling the best parts. The only reason this company is not my primary supplier at my shop is I am not local to them. I met them during an emergency breakdown while travelling, and they helped me like family. When looking for parts locally, nobody showed them available except them, but when I got there (walking a mile), they realized the parts are not in stock at the shop, but rather at the local warehouse, a day away. When they realized I am not local, and in trouble, they went out of their way to get me back on the road; sending their driver to pickup the parts for me from the warehouse (instead of waiting for overnight shipping / delivery by supplier) then they gave me a ride back to the the car to get it fixed! WOW, that is above and beyond... they bring a new meaning to the term "customer service". Above all they even gave me the wholesale pricing I usually get at my shop, despite they had every right to charge me retail. I will give them all of the business I can on a heartbeat, you are in good hands in there, regardless you are a consumer or business owner!

While staying at a nearby hotel the air spring for our suspension broke. We scoured the web and called all the big name auto parts stores within an hour drive looking for a replacement, and we were about to rent a car and drive an hour+ in rush hour traffic for the part we needed because it wasn’t in stock anywhere closer and no one was able to get it for multiple days- but we decided to call Union auto parts which was about a mile away from our hotel, as a Hail Mary. They didn’t have the part in stock, but they were able to get it within an hour (less actually) and they were cheaper than the other big name auto parts store. Not only that, they were incredibly nice and offered to drop my husband back off at the hotel free of charge. We are very grateful for their help and will be sure to recommend them to all of our NYC area clients! Thanks for saving our road trip!!

Auto Repair By Juan has been buying parts from this place for over two decades. They have the best prices in the area and service is excellent.
