I bought curtains for my mom (from BedBathandBeyond, online). Unfortunately they did not go well with the quilt so we decided to return them. I asked my mom to go to the store and return. I forwarded her my email with the online order. At the store, she was told that online orders cannot be returned as a refund, only store credit. Well, that's a LIE. The store employee shamelessly took advantage of a 76-year old woman and instead of refunding her $115, they gave her store credit. Yes, I checked the refund policy and unused, new condition items (which these were, we did not even unpack the box) can be returned for store credit. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE treatment of the elderly, taking advantage!!

Was great The employees were kind of hard to find but when I did find one she did help us find or look for the product we wanted unfortunately it was not in stock and we ended up having to order it online which I figured was gonna happen but I did find some awesome stuff on clearance Unfortunately of course it was like the one time ever that I didn't have their usual 20% off coupon that everyone gets in their mailbox like every week and you would think they would just give it to you since everyone gets 1 Like literally everyone gets Bed Bath & Beyond coupon in their mailbox For 20% off or $5 off any item in the store you would think that they would be nice enough to just give it to you anyways but whatever besides that the shopping experience was OK it could have been better but what can you expect these days I guess not much..

This Bed Bath had the most helpful staff compared to other locations. I had called looking for weighted blankets which were sold out in other locations (and the website said they had in stock but store didn't have any). Christen/Kristen helped providing proper information on phone and when I went there and tried to check out and the price was different than online so she helped adjust the pricing with help of the manager all while being very calm and courteous. This wasn't an easy transaction to deal with and she was very helpful both on phone and in person.

I ordered online and picked up in the store. When seeing how organized the store was and very little customers because of early hour I was there, prompted me to actually do some in store shopping as well. Easy to find items, helpful and nice employees available and some really great "in store only" mark downs I was able to take advantage of. First time a shopping experience has actually resulted in me wanting to do more in store shopping as well.

Had such a pleasant experience shopping here today! The staff was so helpful for plenty of things I needed. I particularly want to comment on the checkout staff - they helped me save as much money as I could by ensuring I used the right coupons and such. I saved so much money today through their help!
