Too much careless they don’t know how to treat and always gave wrong order laughing without matter.Charged me twice. Wtf………. No sandwich in the meal.

The orders get mixed up sometimes still, though common sense dictates you should always check the bag handed to you at fast food places. I've come here for years, they are vastly improved & much faster then in the past.

Burgers are small and over done. Not the Burger King of my youth.

Their online menu says dine in available. As I walked up to the door, it was locked in front of me and the employee simply walked away leaving it locked. Screw this place.

Good food but they told me to park in front and later walked it out to my car. Odd.

The drive thru is super slow to be fast food . i would understand if when i got my food it was fresh and steaming hot but it wasnt i ordered onion rings and they tasted like they were refried 3 times and cold as were the fries . the kids meal had the game uno in them as the toy, my kids are 5 they dont know what uno is . that just makes no sense to me. . Summary the food was cold and slow

This BK is a real struggle. They almost always get my order wrong (specifically, toppings). The breakfast sandwiches are never hot, which is so strange. One of the managers there doesn't know the menu, telling me that they didn't carry an item that they actually did; the cashier kept trying and located the item on the register. They lock the doors in the evening, although the drive in is open. It was explained to me that this is b/c they don't have enough staff at the end of the day. Again. Strange. So, if you place an order on the app after 7pm or 8pm and specify in-store pickup, you might find the doors locked and have to go to the drive thru. But, sometimes they'll open the doors if they see you outside waiting. Whatever. --On 7/14/21, at around noon, I found that the door was locked b/c they didn't have enough people to staff the restaurant; they left a note on the door stating this. So, only the drive thru was open. Now.....that's just ridiculously bad. I've never seen anything like this b4 in my fast-food-eating life. These folks need help, in so many ways! --My luke warm breakfast sandwich. The manager on duty told me that this, indeed, is the correct amount of meat. Wow. It's just gets worse.
