They picked the right name for this business because you'll be GOIN' POSTAL as you run out of there pulling your hair out. The customer service is that horrible! They do not print QR codes or FedEx labels. They upcharge on flat fees. Their printer is typically broken. Run: run for the hills. Go find another approved FedEx ship center that will actually ship your packages!

The service attitude of the male boss is too bad, which is really disgusting. I want to return the product and UPS cannot print the receipt. How can I prove whether I have returned the product? If this store loses my product, how can I prove it? If you can't print the receipt, then don't have this service. This store is too jerk. If you want to save printing costs, just explain it! The disgusting boss would just say no rudely. I wish this store went bankrupt at an early date.

Brought a Fedex Large Flat Rate Box here. Was quoted $258 (before insurance) to ship it and insulted. Went do another fedex location. Cost me exactly $58 Dollars. What kind of business tries to upcharge on a FLAT RATE box? Terrible business with a terrible reputation. Worth 0 stars.

WARNING! I went in recently to ship a package. I asked for the cheapest shipping with tracking, which according to them was Fedex Home Delivery. The package wasn't big or too heavy (4lbs), but the total came out to be around $27. Something didn't feel right, so I took the slip with the dimensions and weight that THEY measured, and went to Fedex's site. The same shipping service and insurance cost just $18 on their site! Price at the store was almost $10 too high. Print your own labels!

They charge a dollar to tape your box and print your label, even though the cell phone company told me they'll print out the label for me. I purposely didn't tape it because I thought you'd have to stick an info sheet in there. He taped the box and then didn't put the info sheet in there (which was attached to the label). He couldn't even scan the barcode because he doesnt have that ability. Had me forward him the email. He touched my phone, which I didn't appreciate, and I had to ask him for my receipt. No eye contact either. This isn't a legit FedEx, just a guy doing his own thing accepting all shipping company packages.

Horrible service, Rude man and on top of that he misplaced my package then come to find out it was in their bathroom lots of other packages are there If you are missing your package ask him I’m sure you’ll find it there. Wonder how often they do this.

This is my second time going into this store to return an item I received from Amazon. It is supposed to be a UPS service center however, the man that works there is extremely rude. He will not print a return label. I suggest that if you are not of Asian descent that you do not go to this store because you will be treated with disrespect.
