False advertisement At both locations ! I have a dairy allergy and they advertise soy cream cheese and they never have it. The other location keeps saying they will have it next week. Never comes !!!

Went for a couple of egg sandwiches. The prices arent on the board but are in the to-go-menu on the wall. Charged me an extra dollar on top of what the menu claimed. When i brought this up to them, they said that the menu they had was old and they were waiting on new ones. I think it is wrong for a business to do this to customers. Who knows who else they are taking advantage of.

Best bagel place, good coffee. Avoid the grill items (burgers) and the chicken parmesan; stick with the Greek salad and the corned beef with Russian dressing.

The menu is out of date... The bagels were stale, also they advertise Boar's Head meat in the paper yet they use Thuman's meat. Not worth it, false advertising!

Chronically mess up your order. If you ask her anything that requires any extra effort they just ignore it. Flies buzzing around the food as well as a floor fan sitting on top of the deli counter blowing dust everywhere they don't even keep the counter where you pay clea. the same peice of hair was the for weeks
