not bad at all, i'd consider it nearly equivalent to krispy though the crust is a definitely a little on the thicker side comparatively. though if you don't feel like going all the way to CA for a slice or just want a fresh order id definitely suggest this location for a busch resident

I have been working at RU for 15 years. I have never had a bad slice. Since it's a college student center you get a lot of traffic which means fresh pies. They make a VERY good pizza.

This place is a contender for the top pizza spot in my list. I love their pizza - great cheese, not too much sauce, and a delicious crust. I have eaten there a couple dozen times and never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone of my friends.

July 8 2019 eggplant parm, served super hot. My favorite here. Good portion for $7. Customer interaction could be better as pointed by others. Food is alright.

The food section is alright. I expect more from the sandwiches for ~$6-8. Some of the specials are basically just flavorless hot chicken cubes on a bun. If you order a custom sandwich, it's not really explained what your options are. That said, the coffee is amazing and the staff at the cafe section is so nice. I really enjoy getting my after lunch coffee from here.

Used to enjoy going there but the toxic and incredibly rude service people made it not worth eating here. If you don't mind rude or terrible customer service this is an ok place to eat and definitely cheap. I refuse to eat here now though because of the employees that work here.

Gerlandas has always been there for me throughout my undergraduate education. The pizza is decent, though be wary of some of the specialty slices, they can be hit or miss. The pepperoni and Sicilian are always a good go-to and the value is good. The staff is usually pretty friendly too.

Gerlanda's pizza is in the Student Center on Bush Campus at Rutgers. The pizza is average, or perhaps, when compared to other campus fare, a bit above average. They usually have six or seven different pies worth of slices available, and throw them on a tractor belt heater when you ask for them. For the most part I've never ordered a fresh pizza, but the slices aren't bad and it's a quick way to grab a bite between classes.
