If you want good service do not go to Land Rover of Princeton you probably will not get it or perhaps only if you fit a certain demographic, I'm not sure yet. I made an appointment to this location for my Land Rover because they had the quickest appointment available and my car had a check engine light on. I dropped it off on a Sunday and I never got a true update on my car it took 3 days and calling the service manager to get an update on what was wrong with my vehicle, he gave me an update and promised me a return call with details on my car and next steps... never happened. The service writer was pretty rude and very useless, after they had my car for 4 days I text them and asked them if they're was any update yet and if this is how they handle their customers, they text me that they they would update me soon, the update was that my car needed a part that they didn't have and had no idea when they would get it, I asked to pick up the car on Saturday, when I got to the dealer my car wasn't even ready, I had to wait, spoke again with the manager he made an empty apology and a promise that I would get an update on Moday as to when the part would arrive and when it would be able to be fixed, that call never happened it has been 2 weeks. Worst service department I have ever encountered, not at all on par with the regular Land Rover dealership I usually take my car to. All in all go elsewhere don't waste your time here.

I stopped by the dealer and was told it would take 2 weeks to book an appointment or I could leave the car for a week and they would “try to fit it in”. Really? The booking online system could not fit me in until the day before I left. So I went down there and Dana the service advisor was kind enough to understand my situation and said if I left the car she could see about fitting it into their schedule. Two days later the car was done. Dana handled the situation very professionally and didn’t make any outrageous promises. My first service experience is definitely an A+. Thank you to detailing department for washing lr3 and the floor mats which were very muddy from off roading. I will be coming back from another check up when I get back from my trip.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday night to have the wheels touched up and a service on the Wednesday. They didn't get the service done until the Thursday. I was surprised that they took an extra day and no one called me to discuss with me if it was OK. And no one had warned me when I dropped the car off that it might take more than a day to get it done.

The folks at Land Rover of Princeton are at the top of their class. Joel Mironov has been my sales rep for 2 years now and has always been patient and willing to help with my buying decisions. Stephen, their General Manager is a familiar face from my Aston Martin cars and coffee meet ups as he managed an Aston Store previously. He brings a great add to this team. Mike, as always makes the delivery and finance process go as smooth as possible. Julia who is also new to the team is a pleasure to speak to when you have questions about all the new technology in these Range Rovers. I highly recommend this store when you are considering a Land Rover / Range Rover. They will treat you like a friend rather than a customer as some of the other stores have done. They are very patient and accommodating and provide a low pressure consultative environment when searching for the right vehicle for you and your family. I HIGHLY recommend the Kalafer owned stores in Flemington and Princeton and am a loyal customer for the Jeep, Porsche and Land Rover stores.

Second purchase from this dealer- phenomenal service from Jimmy! I wanted a very specific feature on my new RR and he absolutely went above and beyond to try to make me happy. Although it took time to find the right vehicle, there was nothing but patience, zero pressure and a sincere desire to make sure I was happy. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, easy going and trust worthy. I had a major issue with my original car which was out of warranty. I was left stranded in the middle of the night, took an Uber home, car towed to dealer the next day. While I've had a generally great 3 years with my Sport, this was extreme and unacceptable and I was sincerely prepared to never purchase a LandRover again. However, Princeton LandRover, upon learning what happened, came to my aid in an impressive manner. The General Manager, Stephen Bergamo, personally delivered a loaner to my home on a Saturday. He was very understanding of how I felt and arranged for me to look at other brands. I received calls from 3 different GM's and test drove their vehicles. In the end, the care I received from Princeton LandRover merited my staying with the brand. One more note: Servicing vehicle is outstanding as well! Getting an appointment and a loaner is usually very easy, and your car is turned around quickly. Also, you never walk away thinking they are suggesting service your car doesn't actually need. Steve Cronin is always super helpful, and was especially instrumental in getting costs covered on the last out of warranty service! A+++
