Have been going here for many years, great bagels. Walked in today to get a half dozen Everything bagels, there was at least two dozen in the bin. Was told by the server that I can't have any. I asked why as they clearly had enough Bagels. She looked at me and smirking like it was funny said I could not have them. I asked if she was seriously not going to fill my request. She walked to the back and spoke to another girl and she walked out without even saying anything shook her head no and then said you can't have of them with no explanation. I then left. Won't be going back if this is the type of customer service they are providing.

Just moved to Randolph and was told about Alfa Bagels that they were the best around, but gets busy. Place is clean and people are very nice and the food is worth the wait. If you are up in Randolph stop by you won’t be disappointed.

Just came out getting a bagel from them. Bagels are really tasty and fresh!! BUT, really such an annoying service. I clearly told them this is our first time trying a bagel and they suggested a good option too. But two ladies over there messed up my order and gave us the wrong one! Then they realized and questioning us that how can you take someone's order and move out. Such a ridiculous behavior which you can experience during the start of our day!! All the way giving me a stare as if we took and ran away with someone else bagel!! I immediately realized the problem and gave them back the Bagel!! We haven't even opened or touched it!!! But still they blamed us with a weird look at the end!! So lesson for the day, Bagel is really delicious here and worth to have it from this place, BUT never ever gonna come back because of today's experience with those persons over there. Such a bad experience which you never wanna face it during early morning of the day.

The lady working at the counter has a awful attitude. I had to repeat my order a few times because she couldn’t understand. Then I got my order and it was wrong. She didn’t want to fix it because she thought she was right and told me I ordered the wrong thing. The guy making the bagels in the back eventually came out to correct it. Awful service. I’m just going to go to Brooklyn bagels. Where they actually smile at their customers

Came here while visiting my daughter. Best bagels I have had in awhile. Not the best parking lot but the place was packed!

We have supported this business for years. Today, my daughter and I stopped to get bagels. We ordered 2 bagels toasted w cream cheese, nothing crazy. Paid and waited 15 minutes, we got the bagels and they're cold, not toasted. I said politely that we asked for them to be toasted. Not sure if the guy was the owner, but he came from the back and was extremely rude. He started to yell at me by saying "if you dont like it, throw it out" and walked away. A simple sorry, we messed up let's make this right would have been the proper way to handle it. NEVER coming here again. I'm beyond disappointed that this establishment that my family has been supporting for years could treat their customer with such little respect and care for their service.

Food was good but Jimmy (Dimitri) shouted at my girlfriend and me and was extremely rude. We asked for a croissant to be toasted and he came out and slammed the croissant on the table saying it was hot and didn’t need to be toasted. We didn’t know it was hot, and regardless his tone towards us paying customers was completely inappropriate and put a dark cloud on our morning as we thought about it on the ride home.

This is one of those places which if no one told you to go, you would drive right by it. Truly a community gem. fresh bagels made everyday in the back, great people at the counter. Enjoy.

Average bagel spot nothing special but this time my bagel wasn't wrapped. The chick taking orders clearly is incompetent because there's always an issue. No point in repeating a customer's order if you can't relay it to the team. Be prepared to waste your breath ordering something and walking out with one or two items missed.

The best bagels around! The outside is just enough of a crust, to keep the inside moist and soft like pillows. They'll deflate a bit, but I ship these to family out of state....because even day/s old Alfa Bagels are still better than the best in other states!
