9/28/22 that heavy set women she wear a blue shirt I think she is a manager everytime I go to pick up a online order and I'm trying to tell her the order names and keep ignoring me for long time this is all the time I see her and when she responds she come with a attitude I guess she not like her job

The cashier was lovely. My chip card wasn't working well and he was super patient, however the screen wound up freezing on "please remove card". He asked Samira for help and she just kept telling me my card was declined and to pay another way. I would have loved to pay another way but the pin pad was frozen, and apparently that was beyond her understanding. I literally showed her, and she just kept louder and louder saying "it was declined". As a manager of a different gas station, the way she treated me, as well as the lack of support she showed her employee is horrendous. I'm not sure why local people come there if that's the service the "lead" cashier is showing. If your leadership is any indication of what they look to portray at this location, they have much bigger issues. The one star alone was for the young boy Donald, for handling himself super well, when he is clearly not being given help.

When there is a gas hike, they immediately increase the price. But when the discount comes, they lower the price too late. Do not buy gas for the car from here!!

Walked out and didn't buy Panini after worker went from office to making Panini no gloves no washing hands or anything. When he saw me look at his hands he tried to put the gloves on. Same overnight guy has messed up my order before for getting cheese multiple times.

Don't understand the Manger at all she is so mean to the worker's when ever I go sometimes she yells at her worker's in front of coustmomers and she tells her worker's not to wear Certain mask like they can't wear a thin blue line one because it may Often people from us supporting our police officers but it's okay to wear a Black life matter anything I fell that she should be fired use to love that wawa but I can't stand it anymore !!!!!

It’s always nice getting a turkey sandwich having spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the roll / wrapper. Makes me think they didn’t change gloves or care. Thank god no allergies. But total waste of money

Manager behind the deli counter was extremely aggressive with employees. We could audibly hear her yelling at staff while one of their employees walked around with no mask. Otherwise my sandwich was great.

Wawa is a joke anymore. They used to be good back in the day when they weren't so busy. Now they have a bunch of miserable people who are trained to move as fast as possible to get all the sandwiches out the door. It's a shame. I only go there for convenience anymore. If I want an actually good hoagie, I go to heritage now.
