If you're going to bring your package here for Amazon returns or any other shipping, make sure it's taped & ready to go! They charge for even a SMALL strip of tape to close ANY SIZE PACKAGE! PLUS CHARGE IF YOU NEED TO PRINT A RETURN LABEL! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I went to return Amazon Purchase. The flap of my box was coming off, so it needed 1 inch of tape to close the flap. The lady at the counter asked me for $2.50 for a small piece of tape. This was not to tape up the whole box. This was just to tape the flap at box opening. Ridiculous, whatever happened to a little customer service?

This was the best UPS store i’ve visited. Great experience/interaction with the manager Tatiana. I’m not from the area but needed to urgently ship out a package. Tatiana was welcoming, knowledgeable, and presented exceptional customer service. Great job UPS

The best UPS store i have visited. I am not from the area, but had some urgent set of Amazon boxes to be sent and 2 important shipments. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped me with a smooth shopping experience. I was out of the store quickly with great customer service. Highly recommend this store.

Not recommended some days back - I had gone to notorize some documents. It was not busy.The person over there said "notary is not available at this time and come back tomorrow". Next day - I found out that the same person was the notary. Why could he not have helped me that day itself and make me come back again next day ? When asked he hid behind words "you did not ask me if I was a notary" This is not good customer service attitude.

Went to pick up a package on Wednesday 4/28 @ 3pm that was confirmed to be delivered via text. Female worker also confirmed package was delivered via tracking number. Package was unable to be located at front of store. When I suggested she take a look at the packages at the back of the store, the worker became defensive stating, "This is my store. Those packages are being shipped out. I know my store and where everything is." - I think it wouldn't have hurt JUST TO TAKE A LOOK. She wrote down my info and promised to call back by the end of the day stating, "I will call you. We take mishandled items seriously."-complete BS. There was no phone call. I reached out to the store around 5pm. There was apparently a shift change and the female worker left for the day (VERY RESPONSIBLE). The male worker who took the evening shift was much more helpful and located the package within 30 min. Get it together UPS!

UPS Store 4026 have an amazing staff! I went here twice already and both my accomodations were met with warm smiles and great customer service! Shout out to Samara who patiently helped me on my shipping label problem! Her amazing job not only made me smile but also made my day after a long tiring job in the Hospital. Thank you so much ~
