Waited a long time and still wasent seen, went to port charlotte location and seen quickly. Next day dropped off something at north port and waited forever to just drop off something.

So frustrating that they do not have or allow you to speak to any humans in the appointment process period. It's a nice looking office, everything is new, but I ended up walking right out and going next door to Labcorp where the person was lovely and fast. It was just as affordable for me to pay cash at Labcorp. You can't even call and speak with a person at Quest so if you don't have your confirmation number for appt you have no idea what time your appt is. Crazy.

This facility has went downhill badly. Records are lost. Staff is unapproachable & Rude. 3rd time in a row they couldn't retrieve fax orders. 3 strikes & your out. I'm finding another provider. Highly recommend to all in finding another place to serve your needs. Let this place fold along with the staff.

I came from my scheduled appointment and now I see you require masks OKI don't have one you don't provide any I go to Walgreens I come back now I'm 15 minutes late for my appointment you close at 3 o'clock 3 o'clock my appointments at 2 it's now 220 and you've locked the door and closed early for the day I knocked on the door you come to the door you decided to not see any more people for the day and close early. This is really not a good place to do business with I won't come back and you shouldn't either!

Extremely RUDE staff member berated us because our online appointment scheduling "did not go through" without her even verifying the same. All this after having witnessed a gentleman having an appointment for a specific time and had been waiting for OVER an hour. Even after having pointing this out, she continued her rudeness. She should lose her job with those bedside manners! Never will go to this location again!

I made an appointment with the North Port location. I usually go to the Venice location but they were closed from April 22nd- June 20th for some reason. I needed to get my blood work done at the request of my doctor and it was very easy to schedule online. I recommend setting up an appointment rather than being a walk-in because there was no wait time at all. I checked in at the kiosks which was self explanatory and simple to do and was seated not even 2 minutes and my name was being called. Natayla was very nice and professional when drawing my blood the whole process went so smoothly and I was done in less than 15 minutes. The location is convenient and I would definitely go here again. I have never had an issue with using Quest Diagnostic both at the Venice location and now the North Port location. It's really easy to schedule and get what you need done in a timely manner.

I had appt. I was uncertain how to work the kiosk, but after finally checking in, I received a #. I waited one & and a half hr only to have a unhappy employee , come out briefly ( as I asked) that I was late and I’m now “ a number”. I wasn’t rude or complaining. I simply asked a question. She told it can be another hr or MORE until they get to me. Wow. What a terrible system. Very “ cold” atmosphere. I left and tried 2 more locations. Employees seem very stressed & unhappy. Three locations, all jammed with patients. Definitely understaffed. It’s the patients that suffer. No help if you’re alone & elderly? I’d suggest if your insurance is approved elsewhere, go there.

This location is really great. They take COVID seriously and are really good about wearing and requiring masks. They let you wait in your car and text you when it's your turn. Natalya was awesome and it barely hurt at all. It was also much cleaner than other Quest locations.

I'm in the (full) waiting room listening to one of the phlebotomists repeatedly berate a patient who doesn't have a lab slip ready. While I understand the issue with that, the employee's attitude is completely unnecessary. I have always had good customer service from this location but this is reason to never come back. I am embarrassed for her and feel sorry for the patient. The situation can been handled in a much more professional, compassionate way. I'm not asking for rules to be broken. I'm just talking about her bad attitude and awful customer service. She is so rude, I can't believe it.
