Called about a prescription they said they were working on it it would be ready when I arrived at the store they said they didn't have it in stock. Lack of communication and customer service. Hard to say I had a good experience at any Walgreens yet they are falling way behind in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy closes at 9pm. I called at 8:58, and they picked up the phone just to hang it up. I hope they don't get paid for those 2 minutes.

Pharmacy is a joke. They can't count. Know nothing about fast pace or multitasking work environment. After this refill, I'm leaving walgreens for good. No such thing as a good store around here. I've tried them all. Figured I'd update you as of 12/22 to let you know the photo department is just as much a disappointment as the pharmacy. The guy working tonight seems the extent of his multi-tasking is standing and talking at the same time, and even he makes that look difficult 🙄. WALGREENS. IF YOU HAD A MOM, ID LET HER KNOW HOW DISAPPOINTED SHE SHOULD BE IN YOU!

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for the past 5 years. I have never experienced what I did today 8/23 with a Walgreens associate. First, I had an appointment for my 14 year old son to get his 2nd vaccine at 11am, arrived at 10:30a and by 11:40 he received his vaccine. After picking up a few things I went to check out and noticed they have new tech system for credit/debit cards. The associate rang my order up and I inserted my card, waited for awhile as he was having a conversation with another customer, I asked is there something else I have to do?He replied “yeah pay” he was very condescending. I told him I did because it said remove card he then said “no you didn’t “ was rude and condescending again, I remarked that he was rude and from there he went into a fit telling me I was nasty and preceded to make faces at me. I asked for a supervisor and when trying to explain to her what just happened she offered me extra points, I said this isn’t about points or money, your associate needs customer service and sensitivity training. The associate preceded to yell out “call 1800 Walgreens” In front of the supervisor. If I decide to visit the Washington St Walgreens again and see this associate there they will have lost a loyal customer. I have never been treated like that. Disgusting!

Been going to this pharmacy for about 10 years now and would never switch. The pharmacy staff is always helpful in making sure I get any medication I need at the best cost and always notify me if there are going to be delays. The staff is always friendly and helpful throughout the entire store. They also have a great selection on many different items and are stocked well. And the store is always clean...

This pharmacy is a mess. Not only do you wait in line forever but their manager Neil is never a help and doesn’t have his staff on the same page ( or trained correctly ). If a doctor calls in a script , they don’t document it making your prescriptions late. Not only that their own pharmacist Rena, got me Confused with my mother and gave my doctor the wrong information about my meds. When I spoke to management and corporate my only response was Neil can’t make her call and fix her mistake, even though he is her manager. Avoid this pharmacy, they’re rude and violate hipaa regulations. Corporate really needs to speak to them before they get sued, or they need to be trained in laws, regulations and manners.

I have been a customer for more than 5 years and today was horrible. I had a surgical procedure yesterday and was in pain,so my husband went there but before he went I called to make sure everything was ready,this was at 12pm. Of course it was not,they said give them 1 1/2 hours, so we did. Now mind you I'm in pain and waiting for antibiotics for after a surgery. Well it is now 4pm my husband goes up to window and they tell him to come back in 2 hours....... he calls me.... For anyone that knows me this did not sit well so here we go.... I told him to not leave the drive-through window he told me there's 3 cars behind him I told him I do not care do not move... Call the store and Asked to speak to the manager I'm not sure who it was but he sounded like he was 12.... I told him I'm in pain and needed my antibiotic cause I just had surgery.. I also told him my husband is not ..NOT Leaving the window. Amazingly the prescription was out in 5 minutes isn't that amazing After Telling us to come back in an hour and a 1/2 I am a customer with this pharmacy for over 5 years and this is the worst I have ever been treated I think it was very unprofessional and I don't care how busy they are it's not ready to have a customer come back and for 2 or 3 times do they think or a time is not worth anything now I'm sorry

I had the worst pharmacy experience at this Walgreens. I had to wait in line 20 minutes to talk to the pharmacist and she didn't help at all and had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a manager who didn't know anything about what I needed. I wasted an hour and a half for nothing. You're better off talking to a wall. Never going back to this Walgreens again

While this location is wonderful and the people act professional and the store conducts itself always in that professional manner .....the Bayville Walgreens is simply awful! The manager herself left you and you ask her questions she does not want to help you with the printed out photo booth she does not help you get someone else to help you she simply tells you the wires are no longer there but they're not allowed to come near you. The next time you go in someone else's being helped within a week. The heavy-set woman at the cash register doesn't wear a mask today neither was the manager while she stood within 2 in of me as if she was rushing me to my check out so that she could buy her snack on her break breathing over me and telling me how to use the debit machine while I have done it a hundred times I asked her to please step back and she laughed along with the heavy set woman the most unprofessional people I have come across through this entire virus!

My first experience with the pharmacy the other night was with a woman with black hair. I wish I got her name to commend her on her customer service skills as she worked with me to get my son his inhalers at the lowest cost. She made multiple phone calls and did everything in her power to figure out the issue and demonstrated true empathy. It was a great experience. The inhalers had to be ordered but they arrived 2 days later and the staff working when I picked them up was equally attentive and helpful. Great pharmacy. Great people.
