Very RUDE, seemingly never have stock. Asked if I could get script filled at another Walgreens and they dismissed me. Not the 1st time. I shook it off as "covid" delays, but doesn't explain rude and nasty. I'm switching to Silverton Pharmacy! Update...I called a different Walgreens, they were much more helpful and considerate. A little out of my way, but I will switch to them.

Tried to transfer a script, an hour later they called me and asked me to call them back, when I did they told me they were tracking my request and did not know why someone called. Needless to say when I went to pick up my refill two days later they couldn’t find it. People at the counter were rude and acted as if I was a bother . Went to another pharmacy and had no issues. Use a different Walgreens

Really sad. This pharmacy states that it is temporarily closed for the last 4 days. I need my anticonvulsant medication. Hello!!! How many prescriptions do you have waiting for people to come get who don't have access to them? I tried calling and didn't get an answer. Will be stopping by. This can cause a serious health issue for some of us.

Rude customer service. Pharmacist area. I approached a window and said can I ask a question This rude women maybe in her late 30 said. We don’t have Covid test in house. I was so taken back I said. Ok. That was not my question. She then said. This window is closed. I said ok. Can you just tell me how I register for a test. She said nasty I have no idea. We don’t handle that. Call 1800 Walgreens I then told her what a nasty person she was. And walked away. I reported her to store manager who Apologized!! I also called customer service Corp. which everyone should do. Management in Corp needs to know about this store!!! Horrible customer service in pharmacy. From dropping to picking up to waiting times. Church road!! The worst!

I can't comprehend how a pharmacy of a national chain can be so disorganized and slow. I had an appointment for a flu vaccine, arrived 15 minutes early, and waited to be seen by someone for over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. They also had no record of the paperwork I already completed online, and wasted more of my time filling out forms and answering questions repeatedly. Only 2 people were waiting for service, and with more than 4 people working behind the pharmacy counter, you would think they could provide faster service, but apparently not these folks, who couldn't seem to stop laughing and joking with one another rather than serving customers.

I've had issues with this pharmacy before but today really did it for me. 4 people, including pharmacist, were at the counter and refused to fill my prescription and assist with getting it transferred to another store. My husband went in because I couldn't walk due to an infection. The guy at the pharmacy counter was shutting the metal gate as a way to avoid helping. They told us we had to go to a 24 hour rx. Which is fine, but then put it on me to figure it all out. He showed at 9:03pm, the gate was still opened when he arrived. So much for customer service and all coming together during a pandemic. No one cares and Walgreens on Church road proved that today.

I have been attempting to get a prescription refilled for over a week now. My doctor has called numerous times and left multiple messages and the pharmacy continues to state that they have not received any refill requests. After days of fighting and officially running out of my medication - I finally got notification that it's being filled but won't be ready until tomorrow. I'm out of my medication, again, after trying for an entire WEEK for the pharmacy to fill it. I called in an attempt for them to expedite it, and was met with nothing but rudeness and dismissiveness on the other end of the phone. I was abruptly told no and was told they were behind and had over 100 prescriptions to fill and hung up on. After dealing with this for an entire WEEK, being kind, patient, and understanding to be spoken to the way that I was is sickening. I completely understand everyone is short handed. How busy and stressed so many employees are. But, I was nothing but kind and simply asked a question in regards to my MEDICATION and was literally hung up on. Disgusting.

Worst pharmacy ever. Expect to sit on line for at least 20 mins. Takes them forever to fill a prescription. I had a prescription called in for same day and was told they werent able to do it. Fill prescription only with half amount. I had to call ither pharmacies for the rest. The one last thing is the staff is so rude. It feels like they are doing you a favor by being there

If I could leave a minus star rating, I absolutely would, I would rate this Walgreens pharmacy and it pharmacist and staff at the corner of Hooper and Church a minus -5 stars. The worst run pharmacy. They are going to kill somebody make sure you visually and physically check your prescription at point of pick up. Staff is rude and condescending. They don’t answer their phones. Your FIRED Walgreens 🖕😎🖕. Finding a new pharmacy immediately!!!!

Second time my prescription was not ready the same day it was called in. I’m sick and have to wait another day before I can start treatment. This store needs help. There is always a ridiculous line at the drive up and in store. Looks like I’ll have to find a more reliable pharmacy.
