Very nice place. Friendly and efficient. Clean and organized. My wife and I stopped in to get a prescription filled (best price around), and we were both able to make a same day appointment to return and get our boosters.

If you miss excellent customer service, then you should consider using Evergreen as your pharmacy. It is refreshing to have an excellent customer experience these days and Evergreen doesn’t disappoint.

Evergreen clearly advertises on their website they accept walk-in appointments for vaccines but gave me a difficult time allowing me to be seen for a walk in appointment. I was told if I wanted to sit and wait it could take a few hours to be seen. They insisted they were extremely busy, but the entire pharmacy was empty… with the exception of 2 customers. An appointment that should’ve taken 15-30 min took over an hour. It’s concerning how difficult it was to receive my vaccine, especially being a healthcare worker.

Fabulous service. My mother was using a national chain for her prescriptions and was starting to have trouble keeping track. I was trying to get her into a "pill pack" program, and transitioning was more difficult than doing it myself. When I stopped into Evergreen Pharmacy, Dong told me that he would get it done. No problem, no transition. He coordinated with the old pharmacy and her insurance company and 2 days later delivered her new blister packed meds in a snow storm. He is available to answer questions and make suggestions, and has been so helpful! Excellent customer service --highly recommended

Evergreen Pharmacy in Blue Bell provides outstanding customer service! Got my first vaccine there & I’m now scheduled for my second. Dong could not be more helpful. He promptly answered my email on a Sunday! I’ve sent friends there for their vaccinations and we’ve all had exceptional experiences.

I started using Evergreen Pharmacy when they first opened. I like to support a small local business. The fact that they deliver is a major added benefit as anything I can do simply my life, I will! Not many of these small pharmacies around anymore. Dong the manager is amazing, friendly, caring and he is extremely professional! Dong will go out of his way to stock a medication that may be hard to get at another pharmacy because he gives you that personalized attention and he truly cares. He will make sure that he always has it on hand for you for when you need it the most! No long lines and no long hold times when I call. He gave me several of my immunity shots and I must say he does that well too! The few times I went in there I felt safe during Covid as the pharmacy is extremely clean, organised. and following all the CDC guidelines. Don’t hesitate to make that switch from those large pharmacies where your just another nobody. Thank you Dong for being compassionate and always caring!

I went to the pharmacy to receive the Covid vaccine. After being questioned was I in the 1A group in said I am a teacher.(Since teachers were being prioritized) per the President of the United States. Well after being told from the lady upfront we are focusing on the 1A group I then told her I was a smoking teacher. Which I know of a teacher who went there and and receive the vaccine a week before. I wasn’t sure why I wasn’t getting so much push back. As the conversation went on I was told to call them around 5/5:30 to see if they have left over vaccine. Even with feeling like I was being pushed under the rug I called from 4:59-5:30 that’s when I arrived back at the pharmacy. This time I was dealing with another young lady. I told her the story I was in earlier I was told to call and no answer for a half hour so I showed up. She then walked away spoke to the lady I spoke to earlier and told me we don’t have any extra vaccine they had no cancellations ok fine. I then asked well can I sign up to be on your list. She said are you in the 1A group I stated yes she pointed to the paper. I ask how soon do you usually get back to people she said a few days. I felt like even though I didn’t witness it the paper probably got thrown away. Well to my surprise they called me the next day and was very nice on the phone and said I think we missed your call. Once I stated on the phone yes I was in there yesterday she said “oh yea well we will call you” and hung up. I laughed to myself because it seemed like oh it’s you and she hung up. That’s was 2 months ago. I’m just stating they were HIGHLY recommended and the treatment and lack of service I received was sickening. To make matters worse I even purchased items while I was there. I’m happy other people receive good or great treatment but I did not and that is very upsetting. I even thought about leaving a review for a while and thought they really need to know how disheartening there service was. I am big on customer service I used to work in that field so that is why this is upsetting to me. I could throw out accusations but I really don’t want to assume anything. I’m sorry it even came to this! At the end I did receive my vaccine through Montgomery county IU who was doing the vaccine distinctly for teachers.

About the most professional folks I have met in any pharmacy as a whole. No wasted moments. They knew exactly what they were doing. I only wish I lived close enough to use this pharmacy on a daily basis. And they smile when talking to you, even if you cannot see them with masks on.

Very professional , personable and pleasant group. You can tell they are caring and kind, good at what they do. Woild be good if they had a small cooler to dispense bottled water and juice.
