Awful. They decide not to fill a prescription because insurance was kicking it back. Why didn't anyone call? Show up hours after RX was called in only to have to wait for it to be filled.

The only reason I gave a star is because I can't leave a review without one. Walgreens on Church Rd in Toms River is THE MOST incompetent pharmacy I have ever used. I picked up my scripts only to find they had given me the wrong dosage and half the number of pills the doctor requested. Im ashamed to say that this is not the first time they did this. It happened once before with the same drug, and also with another persciption! The wait time is never less than 20 minutes and is usually almost double that time. I will NEVER be going back there nor would i reccomend them to anyone

Drive-thru prescription pickup lane is a NIGHTMARE. Always plan to be waiting in line for at least 20 mins, and that’s only if there are less than 2 cars ahead of you. I understand sometimes certain orders are more difficult/complex in terms of the situation, but make those customers come inside or ask them to pull into a spot while you figure it out so the line can keep moving. This location needs a lot of help.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I never post reviews however my experience with them has been so horrific it needs to be told as others would agree hopefully If I could save even 1 person from having to go through the same it will have been worth it. They are the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with. Do not use this pharmacy you will more likely die of illness before they get your prescriptions filled. Any pharmacy I have ever used has been able to fill in 15 mins to an hour they tell u 4 hours, then another 4 hours then another day, lines of people with the same issues. They don’t retrieve they’re messages from drs. Lose prescriptions, bad attitudes, just horrible. The most shameful unprofessional sad excuse for pharmacy staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And the lead pharmacist is the worst should be ashamed and fired.

Walked inside to pharmacy with time to spare before 9PM. Because they were slow waiting on others and pushed the time past 9PM. They refused to help as it was now past 9PM. We have definitely decided to never use this store again. The staff lacks compassion and the pharmacist witnessed it all and could care less.

I would like to give them less than one star, but it's not possible. Forty-five minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru and only one car has moved! Twenty minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Poor service! I will be taking my business to CVS.

Very bad fiance had a Boston shot was there early they were late on the time couldn't do it said he was over do did not get it ridiculous bad never again

Worst walgreens I’ve ever been to. Pharmacy staff have no regard for pre booked appointments and are oblivious to helping customers in the store. Unless you want to wait for over an hour for a pre booked vaccine appointment, do not go here. Terrible and pathetic excuse for a pharmacy

Went to the drive thru twice in one day, waited approximately 15-20 minutes to get to the window only to find out that the prescription still wasnt ready after 8 hours of sending it in. Dont even bother calling them because they won’t answer the phones.
