Best pharmacy in Toms River, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Awful. They decide not to fill a prescription because insurance was kicking it back. Why didn't anyone call? Show up hours after RX was called in only to have to wait for it to be filled. ~Emily

Customer service at this pharmacy is extremely unhelpful and downright rude, especially towards anyone that needs prior authorizations for certain medications. The one pharmacy assistant was very nasty towards me when I was upset that they refused to fill a prescription that my doctor has sent in several requests for because they refused to order it stating it was out of stock with the manufacturer when I knew it was not as I had called the manufacturer. I left in tears. ~Carly

Very rude older woman that works in the pharmacy. I understand I was standing in the pick-up instead of the drop-off but i did not realize. It was unprofessional to give me an attitude and speak to me with such tone. I can agree with the other review. I felt VERY discriminated. Please work on your service. ~Tiny
