Customer service at this pharmacy is extremely unhelpful and downright rude, especially towards anyone that needs prior authorizations for certain medications. The one pharmacy assistant was very nasty towards me when I was upset that they refused to fill a prescription that my doctor has sent in several requests for because they refused to order it stating it was out of stock with the manufacturer when I knew it was not as I had called the manufacturer. I left in tears.

My mother and I went over to this location today at 2:40 PM. Because I had heard from someone that from 2:00 to 3:00 PM - this particular location gives the Covid Booster shot without appointments. And there is usually a very short wait. So, we got there and there didn't seem to be anyone at the Pharmacy waiting for the Booster. We technically still had 20 mins. before the 3:00 appts. were to begin. However, the pharmacist decided that he didn't FEEL LIKE giving us the shots. He claimed we were "too late" - even though it was only 20 mins. to 3:00. We weren't late - he just didn't feel like stopping what he was doing to administer the Booster to us. So much for hurrying out to get this important shot - according to our Democratic Governor & President. We went out to get it and were turned away. And the lady at the Pharmacy, some older lady with dark hair wasn't even nice about it. It was like my elderly mother (who is 82 y/o & myself - who suffers from a chronic illness) & I were bothering them. I was livid. We changed our whole schedule for the day - to be able to go there between 2:00 & 3:00 - only to be turned away at 2:40. I could see if it was 2:55 or 2:58 but it was 2:40 & we were still turned away. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS RITE-AID AGAIN. The pharmacist acted like a real a__h__e!!!!

This is the Rite Aid we have used since 2010. Even when we moved and we were closer to other Rite Alds we continued to go to this Rite Aid. I prefer privately owned pharmacies for myself because I have difficult health issues but the staff in the store at this Rite Aid has always been courteous and helpful ..... The pharmacy staff has been more than helpful. They are on top on my daughter's meds and caught possible serious drug interactions when the DOCTOR prescribed medications that were not supposed to be taken together and when a medication would be harmful for my daughter due to allergies!! I'm grateful for their knowledge and for the pharmacist staying on top of my daughters complications

So awesome! They looked up my Insurance information from 2019 since I lost my insurance card and since my insurance hasn't changed they filled my prescriptions in under 15 minutes! Soooooo friendly snd helpful I cAnt say enough about how great they were! Also great sales on many items, I got Feria hair dye fir $2.99 and 2 toys for my dog but 2 get 1 1/2 off so I got 2 great toys for under $10! I highly recommend this Rite Aid! Great staff and great sales!!!

The pharmacist is extremely rude He actually hinted me to go somewhere else after waiting an hr and a half in the wait chairs I was told I was one day to early on a refill!! Why wouldn’t you find this out first?! Not to mention it was so slow I think only 3 people went to counter in that hr and a half ....there are better options around than this place or rite aid in general. Judging the past comments I’m not the only one corporate should take note and fire this guy

Been here three times and every time they stated they “never received my prescription” and then accused me of not sending it to them. Because the patient knows how to do that? Rude pharmaceutical staff. Drive the extra 2 minutes west to the CVS. Well worth the drive

Very desapoint of this place they never have change of $100 bill plus they had ugly attitude to me saying so nasty "they don't have change riagth now "well is not my problem you should have enough money for customer thecnicaly refuse to give me my change back!!
