Rude customer service. Refused to help me not sure why

I always noticed the ratings here are so low and have to say I had an amazing experience with customer service. Therefore I came to boost the ratings. Diane! What a great employee! She helped the customer in front of me by repackaging her package the correct way for her rather then making the customer do it herself. She apologized for the wait but I didn’t mind because that was so nice of her. When it was my turn I had 35 certified mail to process. She informed me it would take long so she went out of her way for me and got a chair for me to sit and wait while she processed them. She felt bad so she told me go home I’ll call you when I’m done so that she can also help other customers in the meantime. What an amazing employee! Thanks for your hard-work I really appreciate it :)

WoW!! Terrible experience at this post office. Myong has the worst attitude ever, She’s so disrespectful and rude. I will never go back to this place. I don’t know how they have a person like her working with Customers she shouldn’t be there.

The people work there are terrible. I sent a CD to Hackensack (next town, less than 10 miles) but they sent it to New York and told me that I paid the lowest rate so it would take 14 days to reach the destination.

Excellent, pleasant service. The appointment for a passport was fast and the conversation was succinct. Any alterations that needed to be made were explained in full and with passion. Care was taken in all of the work done. An overall fantastic experience.

Zero stars if possible. Customer service is 0/10. Rude, uneducated and belittling employees act like its your fault when they screw up or that it's a major inconvenience to do their jobs and track a package.... Learn some manners. Packages and mail items coming to the wrong address? at least twice a week. Worst post office I have ever had to deal with.

Please make postal officers happy. I think when they hire people they look for sadnes, anger and just mean overall. If you know what happen to people when they have bad job ( bad treatment) that is the place to go. I wish it wasn’t like this, but that is the reality. I do appreciate you guys working hard. But if you have to. E mean to people and exercise your power over people then just quit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My carrier consistently delivers the wrong mail to my address or my mail to the wrong address, leaves delivery attempt notices after successful delivery of packages, and doesn't leave notes after non-delivery. It has only continued to get worse and worse! Used to be a once a month issue. Now it is a daily issue!
