Does anyone work here? 2 days of calling but no one answering. Phone keeps ringing then call ends after 2 minutes. Has this store closed down? Called the store off of route 22 and they said store should still be open and I'm not the 1st one who has complained about employees not answering phone at Westfield location.

Went in at 1pm, two clerks, two customers... thirty minutes later same situation. I left and returned another 30 minutes later and same two customers. These guys are as slow as molasses. Took my business to Metro PCS and was handled quickly and professionally.

If you ever need a good store to go to for anything, from help with phones/accounts, purchasing phones, signing up,etc this T-Mobile in Westfield NJ is, in my opinion, the best place to go. I had such a wonderful experience with the two gentlemen that were in the store to help me first gentleman's name was Daniel and the second gentleman's name was blue and we had a wonderful conversation we talked about a numerous things they helped me purchase a new phone gave me a great deal and everything else they were amazing I give them both five stars and honestly they both deserve a raise on just being how good employees they were I would never recommend another store this is going to be my go-to store for the rest of the time that I'm with T-Mobile thank you both you guys you guys are amazing!!

Mum absolutely loathes phone shopping and negotiating contracts. But today, miracle of miracles, she actually left a phone store with a smile on her face and a "that wasn't so bad!" Short wait when we walked in. I appreciated the range of phone cases that didn't stop at iPhones and one or two Samsungs. That's rare in small U.S. stores from what I've seen. Lorenzo was patient as we explained our situation, and clearly showed us our options. Well, as clearly as you can explain them, but that's a rant for another day.

Horrible experience. Went to the store in August and the salesperson told me that by switching carriers I would get a free phone and that they were running another promotion for free AirPods that you needed to pay upfront for. Now I am being completely scammed. The phone was not free and they are still charging for the AirPods. When I called T-Mobile 800 number they are saying that the phone and AirPods were not free unlike the store. Do not trust the salesperson at this store, they take advantage of you.

Horrible experience! Sunday Store hours are posted on the website 10am to 8pm. When I arrived to the store at 10:30am it was closed. Holiday hours are posted on the glass wall of the store confirming what is listed on the website, Sunday 10am to 8pm. Sales associate saw me standing outside in the 30 degree weather; he opened the door to only tell me that they open at 11am. After confronting him what clearly says in front of him, all he could say is that he understands my frustration but the owner of the store told him to open at 11am!!!! Unacceptable customer service!

When is it ever okay to to have a customers’ time high jacked bc of unclear communication? We as the customer, knows that getting new phones, transferring services and migrations take time so we plan for it. However that is in hopes the instruction is clearly communicated, so if nothing else, we the customer won’t have to spend non-budgeted time in the store. We as the customer expect clear communication and follow through if not, make it worth our while with something, for a preventable a loss of time. I hope my experience on this, my intro to T-Mobile, from Sprint does not carryover and having me regret not taking my services someplace else. We as the customer always have options. Loss time is never recaptured and I control how it’s spent. Signed, Not happy in Westfield T-Mobile store.

Yaya is AMAZING!!! We went to this store today, after 2 months of going to several other stores and speaking on the phone to customer service multiple times trying to get what we thought was an easy transfer of phone numbers from our old Sprint accounts to a T-Mobile account; only to be told something different each time. Until we were looking for another location to visit and ended up here, where we began reading the reviews about Yaya; how she is knowledgable, helpful, and thorough. Let us tell you, she did not disappoint! She helped us with everything we needed, stayed on the phone working with customer support for over two hours, and in the end, helped us to end our two month long "complicated" problem. We are extremely happy with the service she provided and will look to only use this location in the future as long as she is there. SHE DESERVES AN AWARD! Thanks again!

Great customer service. The staff was very helpful and patient. I needed help transferring the data to my new phone after several failed attempts. It was an hour past closing and the staff continued to help me and the other customers. I would recommend this location.
