The worst customer service ever . I applied for a loan which I knew I could handled plus putting my house as collateral for 12 weeks they dragged this out then telling I couldn’t get it . Went to another bank got what I needed in two days. I’m closing my account out with them after being with them for 15 yrs. lobby never open I always have to go out of my way to Cinnaminson. Sorry to have to do this review but very very unhappy with them and I’m not the only one either.

The lobby is ALWAYS closed. The "drive through service only" description must have been added recently by BOA, but even that is DECEPTIVE. There is no guarantee of drive through service even during posted hours. The last time I found it open, the excuse I got was, "We're short on staff". BOA wastes my time. The only thing open is the ATM, which you have to walk into. I'm seriously thinking about taking my money elsewhere. Of course, BOA will probably CHARGE me a fee for its total incompetence.

Went to this location today and it was closed. Only thing available was the ATM which I do not use. I had to go to another location to get my banking done. Seems like they depend on their customers doing more online then being there for assistance.

Worst customer service. Waited for 45 minutes to make a deposit in the line. Manager was absolutely careless that customers were waiting long time. Many customers were leaving without completing their transactions.

Single file line in drive-thru only and moves very slow as I sit here now, waiting..... never again.

I scheduled appointment online week before, August 15 at 12. Pm… when I arrived- the bank was closed!!! the manager inside walked by, i told my appointment today at 12. why the doors and the bank are closed, she just said we are not working today. So , online Bank of America automatically book you, but be sure the bank is working. Very disappointed.

how is it that you got a number but you don't have a person answer the phone if you don't have an account you're trying to get an account you cannot talk to anybody what recourse do you have when you cannot talk to somebody on the phone this is a crazy crazy and now I have to give you a star so that I can post this complaint what an interesting process

Horrible, waited for now than 15 minutes only for a gentlemen to come over with an attitude saying we need an appropriate to have something notarized, yet it doesn't say that on the door or the website like wells Fargo does Total BS that no one acknowledged us or anyone else that walked in after us. Something like notarizing takes 5 minutes maybe 10 the max and he wouldn't do it. Kept saying with an attitude you need an appointment. Just rude they were all rude and really is making me second guess on where my money is kept. Might be pulling my accounts soon.

Too bad I can't give them a 0. They're terrible. The machine ate my card and I could not get help for over 30 minutes The lady at the front told me just order a new one. My dad started me banking in California at bofa 40+years ago. This branch is the worst!

The people that work here are very friendly, address people by first name basis. I just opened an account with savings for my children and checking for myself. I didn't have any issues and was approached as soon as I sat down. Ashley the bank manager came to say hello and Eric was very helpful and friendly.
