Went to this bank today , stood in line for over 25 minutes . I came inside and the employees were moving pretty slow . They did have a good attitude, but the manager had a bad attitude as a leader she needs to set a better example and greet her customers like her crew does .

Absolutely horrible. I sat there waiting not know I was supposed to check in on my phone. The staff saw me sitting there and took patients who walked in after me. It wasn’t until maybe 45 mins that someone asked me what I was there for and told me I was supposed to login. Really!!

It's a mixed bag. Most times I get a teller who is professional and nice. Sometimes I get a teller who doesn't really know what they're doing, or someone who when I ask for more deposit slips gives me ONE slip and takes my binder clips. Oh well. I'm still gonna go there.

The employees are very friendly, but TD Bank doesn't approve me for anything despite my 720 credit score. That's why I went elsewhere. TD Ameritrade shouldn't even be allowed to own a bank. This is a conflict of interest. This is why I'm pulling my money from them and so is my family. I'm putting my money in the sure thing. The FDIC only insures money up until 100000. Who are these feds? Trump University Bank doesn't need the FDIC because he's a great business man and a trillionaire. He pays his people very well.

One Service representative, Jheanell something, was incredibly rude, she had the audacity to hurry me up out of her chair because other members were waiting (not even 5 minutes, the other members had just arrived) she made it seem like I was holding up others for hours. Well I'm sorry that having me as a member was such an inconvenience for you. You don't have to worry about me ever returning again, I've moved away anyways. I will still give this Branch 4 stars because I am usually greeted with professionalism and kindness. Hopefully the rude staff will be dealt with.

Their customer service has gotten really crappy. They know that it gets busy in the morning so they should more tellers but they only have one person working. If you make a deposit they take the slip & money into their office to do the deposit. It has gotten ridiculous. Their block your card if they think suspicious things are going on or even the website you are trying to use your card is suspicious to them even though the site is legit. They should hire more people. If not then they should just close the branch down. It's not worth doing business with them.

The most ridiculous bank and staffs I ever had my whole life. I was just charged $210 cuz my account went overdrawn and unfortunately I wasn't told about this overdrawn policies nor did I subscribe for it. They made the bank account opening so shady for them to scam me of my hard earned money. I called the bank now and was told they can only pay back $35 out of $210 they stole from me. I'm so pissed right now. Please flee from this bank. They are fraud!!

My card was "retained for security purposes" after making an ATM deposit. I also then found out that my money got stuck and it never credited to my checking account. I had to get a new card and the missing money won't be in my account for 5-7 business days. The tellers didn't even try to address my problem. I don't like TD Bank in general, but something always goes wrong when I go to this branch. This will probably be the last time that I go to this branch.

I'm giving this place a 1 because there are some really nice people who work here. I was a customer for several years but after witnessing a horrendous accident that took out the ATM machine (and a pedestrian) I came across an issue that rubbed me the wrong way. With no ATM machine for a while I used the Wawa, which was the closest place that wouldn't charge a fee. The next closest TD Bank was over 20 minutes away. I was sort of surprised to see a bunch of $2 fees suddenly on my statement for using a non TD bank atm but figured I'd call and explain the situation and get them reversed. Stupid me. The girl (and I say girl because she sounded 15) who took my call giggled about the accident, asked me why I didn't just go to another TD Bank and then only reversed half the amount as "a courtesy". There was no ATM, it was crushed....hello! This sort of stupidity is too common anymore so I had to say good-bye. Also, the parking lot is a traffic nightmare, why there aren't more accidents I don't know.
