The staff is very nice but it doesn’t pay to have a Appointment. 3 people in front of me and I have been waiting a hour when I was The one with a appointment!! This is the worse!!

I was nervous coming here with the reviews but I had a wonderful experience. The lady at the front desk was so calm and kind despite it being quite busy. I checked in in my car and got called in at exactly 8:15. By the time I got in, all info was taken and seen it was 8:30am. The phlebotomist was so sweet and did a quick and painless job taking my blood.

I was slightly leery due to the negative reviews, but gave it a shot since this location was the most convenient for me. I was lucky that I didn't have to fast, so I made an afternoon appt to hopefully avoid the am busy time. There was no one in the waiting room. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I went immediately to the room-no waiting. The place looked clean enough to me. My phlebotomist Monica, was amazing. She was very personable, caring (even distracted me during by asking about the weather!) and we shared a few laughs! Totally painless.Thanks Monica! Glad I chose this location.

It takes a while for them to call you in. Like I mean at least 35+ min. Also the receptionist are so mean. It’s like you as the patient are suppose to have the bed side manners with these people instead of them having it with you. We had like 2 people in front of us but still had to wait 45 min.

I was honestly afraid to go here because of the reviews.. But this location is amazing. I constantly have to come here now for blood work due to my pregnancy and this place is so fast and easy. I've always made my appts before coming and the most I wait is 5mins. The ladies at the desk are SO nice and sweet. They find my vein so fast (my veins can be hard to find), and then I'm on my way. Really glad I tried this place for myself, rather than going off from reviews.

Today was the first time I went to LabCorp on McBride Avenue in Woodland Park, NJ. Despite all the negative comments people have posted, it was a pleasure going to this facility to get my blood work completed for surgery. The entire staff was very pleasant and the wait was not long at all. Great job guys!!

I have been using the Labcorp Woodland Park for years The staff always makes it a pleasant experience, especially Monica!!! Monica is friendly, courteous, and efficient, as are the other staff at this location. I'm shocked to see even one negative review. Although, on one occasion, I did witness an unreasonable client who spoke rudely to Monica. She absolutely kept calm and courteous. She handled the situation beautifully!

Came here twice within the past month and both were unpleasant experiences. The ladies at the front desk have extreme attitude, they don’t know how to explain or say something nicely to anyone. I’ve experienced them make a lot of barely English speaking people feel bad and confused. Also since it’s a medical place I would expect their masks to be clean, especially during a pandemic.

Where do i start!!! The ladies at the front desk are very unwelcoming, rude and need to be taught how to deal nicely with patients. the nurse draw the blood scratched the arm at two different spots as she was pulling the needle out. I won't recommend this place even to my enemy.
