My Fiancé tried to ship me a package to fort myers where I’ve been doing hurricane relief for month. While on the phone with her, I heard her talking to the representative trying to correct the address and his reply was it’s fine. Needless to say the package went to the wrong place, and now the guy who messed up wants us to pay again to ship it to the right place. Update: Steve from the Babylon store called corporate and got it solved

I went in to this store today to pick up a package for my mother. She ordered something from Pottery Barn and had it delivered to this UPS store. She was worried if she had it delivered to the office it would come when the office was closed. She had it delivered by the office though because it was a mailbox for the office. She had me pick it up today on the way in to work. I was told I could not get the package because my ID did not have the office address on IT. Then they said they would give me the package if I had the tracking number. Well my mom had forwarded me the email from Pottery Barn. I used that email to show them all the tracking info but it did not specifically have the tracking number when it showed the tracking details. So I had to call Pottery Barn and press all the buttons to get a rep on the phone to read the tracking number. Otherwise they were refusing to release the package. The owner sited UPS rules when obviously the rules could have been broken with all the information I Gave him. It was obvious the package should be released to me. The woman there was very nice. Although she seemed new maybe. The other gentleman there was nice but he was not helping me. It was the woman and then Steve the owner who would not break the rules one bit. I had to wait for him to come back to the counter after I had Pottery Barn on the phone so he could listen to the tracking number. It was a horrible experience. I will not use that UPS store again.

Super friendly & helpful staff!! Parking can be a little difficult if you go during the day time due to the train station parking lot & street parking. I usually will come here around 8ish when it’s not busy.

It is more often than not that I am greeted with an attitude when I have to mail any sort of package out of this location (Babylon Village). The previous owner and employees never had this kind of behavior (my experiences were never negative). Most of these employees come off as if they couldn't be bothered.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in dealing with any establishment. The people here were rude , screamed at me , and refused my package because it was too big for them to furnish a box even though they are a return location for Amazon packages They kept trying to get me to purchase a $20 box. I showed my QR Code and they were just rude and told me to go elsewhere. Horrible !! BTW. This was a dog bed that could be folded easily. All you have to do is look at all of their reviews across Goggle and Yelp and you would see this Response- This Branch has a reputation of being rude to customers. This is not an isolated incident. They were not helpful or calm and didn’t explain anything. They just kept saying No , and kept repeating to Purchase a box !!

‼️Grumpy workers‼️the only person who is pleasant at this store is an older lady. She greets you with a beautiful smile and is so kind when helping you. There is a heavy guy who has been working at this site for years and the only time he’s pleasant is during the month of December ($$$) of course he wants tips for his well deserving attitude 🙄. With that said, when returning Amazon merchandise with QR code, “ no need to pack” UPS will take care of it for you. The supervisor insist i have to purchase a shipping package. This is not necessary since my QR Code clearly states I DON’T. There are instances when the QR Code may say, “ only label provided” but not in this case. He was also a miserable worker. UPS train theses guys on how to treat customers and then pay them more. It’s a win, win for all of us. Any positive reviews are (friends) FAKE‼️

Dear Owner of UPS Store in Babylon, NY. Unless you are going to be there 24/7 do your customers a favor and hire some pleasant and friendly reps. I just called your store 06/20/22 @ 12:45PM and the guy who answered yawned UPS Store. For an encore he yawned a 2nd time while answering my question and belched before hanging up. I will drive to Lindenhurst Location instead. Did not want to give a star but no stars was not an option. And the majority of the negative reviews says it all.

I read terrible reviews about this store, so went in this morning expecting grumpy poor service. Fortunately, I had the opposite experience! Steve, the owner helped me and Debbie was also very helpful and friendly. Both were very professional, efficient, helpful and positive. I had a barrage of questions and they calmly answered everything. Definitely, I will use their services again!

This place has the worst customer. Its pretty obvious that one particular employee hates his job and life. If I knew his name I'd post it but he's the Hawaiian looking guy. Always, always angry and combative for no reason. You can see how the other employees are uncomfortable around him. I feel truly sorry for them and everyone that comes in to this UPS store. Extremely rude.

The place is convenient but the staff and there refusals to take in a package is a JOKE! Just a waste of time after waiting. Even with a perfectly wrapped mailing package & full printed out mailing Ups slip attached to front & Center, Was Refused… Which has been done multiple times prior through Other UPS facilities & Ups pickups with No Issues. This place the workers at front desk decide if they’ll send it or not.. An if Not, they will sell you a 12 dollar small box with fee to appease there personal standards to mail your package. Besides letters & perfect boxes anything else they will not even accept it!. Even though my package was in a box under the mail packaging. Which the worker then cut through with a razor an into box underneath, the entire bottom side to see it! An still refused…
