Went there a couple of days ago to buy some jeans. They didn't have my size. Went to customer service for help. They used their computers to check to see if they were in stock in the store. They didn't have my size in either Levi's or Lee jeans. I'm a 32/29. Probably not a common size but they need have 34 or 36 and 40/29. It appears in my size they only offer them online. I went online and they didn't have Levi's or Lee's in any color in my size. I went on Amazon yesterday morning and found them for a pretty low price and they were delivered to my house the same day. I liked your shop locally but what can you do if they don't accommodate. Customer service did try to help me in any way they could.

No matter what store you go to they never have enough cashiers but the ones that are there are very very nice. The lines are so long people just leave. Why they're pushing online shopping I don't understand unless your buying housewares items.

Hi I love this store but the cashier Debra C I believe her name is, extremely rude and very unprofessional, she has no customer service skills whatsoever. She has a bad attitude.

I was pleasantly surprised. I found something from clearance and a few basic items for work. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Went to shop for pwetty pwetty dwesses for my 2 year old and there was nada. I mean 0. So if you are looking for pwetty dwesses for your 2 year old, I would consider a different store. 😉 In general though its Khols. They have the stuff that Kohls usually has. Lines move well enough and it's clean.

Recently ordered online for in store pickup, which I have done multiple times before. In the past I was able to just go to customer service at the front of the store for pickup. Now they have changed it to "self pickup" which is located all the way in the back of the store. Very inconvenient, especially after working all day and expecting a quick, no hassle in and out for several much needed items. Very disappointed.

They have No Size Med in juniors nor womens!!!! In both Brewster and Poughkeepsie locations!!! Wasted my time looking for a cute top or dress- nope. They didn't even have my size in the ugly stuff. Save your time n order online. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Awful customer service. Watch out they will sign you up for a credit card 💳 you don’t want without even asking you if you want it. We were deceived under the impression it was a discount card. Now we are signed up for a card we never even wanted

This is a very clean and well stocked Kohls location. The lines are not too long and you can get what you need and be out in no time. I love that I can also bring all of my Amazon returns here. A one stop shop!
