I was racially profiled here. The staff had an employee in each section I was shopping in just watching my every move. I was with my wife and mentioned it to her and she stated the same has happened to her a few times she’s gone here. I’m not surprised the staff is nearly all white and I’ve only seen one black lady so it’s no shock especially for being in a predominantly white neighborhood

Better prices and sizes for me personally. I’m roughy 235lbs. 55lbs over weight. I still wear a large shirt and size 38 to 40 in waist. Usually $30 to $40 for a pair of jeans or slacks. Shirts $10 to $30. Some clothing is seasonal and ever changing. I have found you get better deals in February/March then you do in summer or around Christmas. Clothes can be casual or low end (price not quality) work professional. A long time ago I would buy work slacks/shorts here, when I worked Darien Lake or Tops. My wife however. Oh boy. I hate shopping here with my wife. The women’s clothes! She may find the right waist size but then it’s a slim, baggy or some other language. I recently got into an argument with my wife at old navy over something called “jeggings” I don’t know what that is!? “Just pick a pare of pants and lets go!” I go in, I know my sizes, know where to find them and I’m out. Old navy, I would rather have teeth pulled, or a kidney stone then go shopping for woman’s clothes.

The store manager Michael has to be the most incompetent and rude employee at that place! How I was treated and how he conducted himself as a leader of that store was astonishing. Everyone else was kind and pleasant. What a shame that place has that kind of manager.

When we were there they had some really great sales. We got a winter coat for my wife marked from $70.00 down to $26.00. That's just one example of the kind of pricing combined with a good variety of inventory and fully stocked shelves that made it a great place to shop.

Wanted to get Memorial Day casual summer clothes for holiday🇺🇸. Store was bright and clean with a Large selection of pieces and sizes. Quality of clothes is light but Customer service was positive, friendly and helpful. I would spend money at this store again.

This is a great store for shopping for casual clothing. It meets my 3 criteria for a successful shopping experience. Selection, price, and service. For the money, quality is there as well. You can tell the quality of a garment by feel. Stop in sometime!!

Always had exceptional experiences at McKinley Old Navy. Not all sales items available at all times, but it happens in most stores if you don't get there early. Highly recommend!

Love love love Old Navy. This is one of my favorite locations because it's always neat & tidy, and well stocked to boot. I never leave Old Navy empty handed. Great finds in the clearance section, as well as other good sale items.
