Urijah is the guy to ask for if you want someone that knows exactly how to fit you correctly. He made finding a tuxedo for my wedding an absolute pleasure. He called multiple locations to find sold out items to be transferred to be sure that my outfit for my special day would be perfect, no corners cut. He even set me up with a local seamstress to make great, timely alterations on my tuxedo. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better customer service experience and I refuse to shop at any other DXL going forward.

I called the before i went to see if the item was in the store. The aasociate I spoke to held it for me. I was able to get my item. That was cool. I love DXL...been shopping at DXL for years. 10 stars!!!

After shopping in the store for over an hour and waiting 20 minutes online for the 1 clerk to ring up mutiple customers the system was down. This means they can't accept card payments. They only figured this out after ringing me up. No coupon or attempt to make up for it, Great customer service. Wasting the customers time chasing a sale.

Salesmen (I think John) was awesome... I had been to 4 other companies that day and he was the best.. listened to what I wanted and gave me them. Honestly it was about $75.00 over the budget BUT the service was great, the suit looks great -- just hope the wedding I am going to is great ..lol.
