Awful! Don’t buy from here- the “membership” is a joke. This store likes to leave the overnight voicemail on until noon so they don’t have to answer the phones. The blonde and brunette haired female glasses wearing reps at the bike shop are the worst! The bike I ordered over a week ago is still not ready and according to them won’t be ready for another week. What is the point of spending $600 on a bike here??? Nothing - not even the customer service- is worth it! Don’t waste your money and time !

From their top notch service, to the awesome repair shoppe, plus the cycling clothing & shoes, the bicycles & all the parts & accessories, nobody does it better than REI. My first time here I bought Altra trail running shoes and an everyday pair, and the guy in the shoe department was very patient and thorough in helping me find a comfortable pair for me. The store is pretty big and has plenty of gear/clothing in stock. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but they do have a good amount of sale items.

40 people in line and one cashier who wanted to know every customer's life story during checkout. Eventually a manager showed to help but she didn't correct the root cause. BTW, lots of employees out on the floor doing very little. No reason they couldn't have been called up.

Amazing customer service!! We came in from Brooklyn to buy some winter gear and all sales associates were so warm, knowledgeable and patient. Special shout out to Joel and Liz who helped us find the best coat and snow boots and gave great suggestions without being upselling non genuine sales people. My husband love the outdoor product lineup of REI so much and we did lots of shopping before quarantine. We placed an online order and selected curbside pick-up at this location. The decor is wide-spaced, bright and sporty. The shopping experience there was pretty cozy and we would like to stay longer. The customer service was super friendly, helpful and supported the pick-up quickly. The return policy is also super great that we can return within one year if we are not satisfied with their products. We bought 2 sets of Co-op Outward Low Lawn Chair which is a collaboration with West Elm. The chairs are in great quality with reasonable price.
