This subway is terrible. It used to be good, I would go at least twice a week. Now, never again. Disrespectful staff, horrible service, terrible food. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Food was made correctly which how can It not be when you’re watching them, except they toasted our sandwiches when we said no. I’m putting a one star because you need to BEG THEM TO CHANGE THEIR GLOVES before making your sandwich. I watched the gal ring someone out on the computer, put toppings on 3 separate customers’ sandwiches then go in the back for a water bottle then come up and ring me out with the same gloves. Suffice to say I didn’t have the heart to tell her but I left and went some where else right after. Please read the safety and sanitation laws and update your staff before serving anyone else! I give it a month before city creek finds something better to replace them.

I had to beg for the actual receipt. Also, I ordered online and they completely messed up the ordered. When I took the order back, all I asked for was them to add onions. The staff was rather patronizing as they made me verify several times that the amount of onion they were holding in their hand was enough. Really, any onion at all would be great. That's what was on my order.

they are lucky we are even giving 1 star cuz they deserve zero stars both me and my wife walked up to the counter to order at the very same time because we are eating together. i ordered first and flatbread but they was out. so i went with italian bread. the employee made my sandwich just fine and then started ringing up my order without even starting on my wife sandwich or even acknowleging she was standing there waiting to order. so she got attitude with him about it and i was going to let her go off and vent, until the employee actually got attitude back and i hear him tell her that she didnt have to be rude about it. he apparently claimed that he didnt see her standing directly in front of him which baffled me cuz her and i walked up to the counter to order ar the exact same time. so your the employee and serving the customer and all theyre doing is pointing out for you to pay attention to them but you get a attitude back even though YOU was wrong ?! so we talked with the mgr and then went to the nearest subway about half a block west. not eating in city creek mall subway again since i just experienced the same thing numerous other customers have already experienced with them

I did not have a good experience here at all. I came to see the temple lights with my whole extended family, 15+ people. All of them wanted Chick-fil-a and my sister, brother, and I wanted subway. The Chick-fil-A line was 4xs as long as the subway line and yet by the time I was just getting to the beginning of the line, didn’t have my food hadn’t even ordered, my whole family had their food and had already eaten. The workers had to ask me 5 times what I wanted. Then when I finally got my food my order was wrong. My brother asked for extra meat and for it to be toasted AND even after waiting for 30 minutes in line he still didn’t get his order correct. This was THE WORST service I have ever experienced.
