We went to the drive thru were told to look over the menu and they would be right with us. We waited 10 minutes and decided to go in. In the time we waited they closed on us.

Pick up and go is seamless here. Driving in there is construction which takes time. When you order a veggie sandwich through the app they don’t offer the free double cheese. This isn’t this subway issue, but an app issue. Overall it’s a good subway location. Be aware it’s very busy during lunch.

I went here on 05/08/22 & the staff were very rude & unprofessional staff, especially the lead person. Even after making 4 of my sandwiches incorrectly.

I've gone the last two nights, ordered the exact same thing both times and confirmed before pulling forward. I was charged two WILDY different prices (8.39 and 13.61) and got something completely different than what I ordered each time. Footlong with double turkey and provolone, tomatoes, cucumbers, and honey mustard. That's it bro. I didn't want lettuce, or mayo, or jalapeños, or salami... ive gone both times as a pick me up after a bad day at work. Its just really disappointing and upsetting because you've driven all the way home before you realize it's wrong.

The sandwiches we bought were good. My rating was for the poor service they gave us. The employee who attended us, was a bit rude in a situation which I was confused. I think that employee did not use the best way to respond and serve us. I'm sorry but I'm not going back to that Subway.

I understand that mistakes happen. But this place is notorious for making mistakes. Every day. They make a mistake every time I come here. Especially with the new cali fresh sandwiches. They sometimes miss the cheese. Or they miss the guacamole. Or they miss MORE THAN ONE veggie. Or they add veggies I didn’t want. On the online orders. Or on drive through. They always close down the drive through in the middle of the day because they’re lazy. The cali fresh sandwiches are always a problem to them. They can never get them right. It’s the most expensive sandwich just to be ripped off with not getting the ingredients that it comes with. Went to scan with the app to get my points, and because I wasn’t familiar with the app it charged it to the wrong card (needed to charge a work account). The staff said they could text the manager and get a pin, but that it could take awhile and they couldn’t do anything. I like subway, but they need to give more control to their employee to provide better customer support. Also, their app is the worst and seems to charge without a prompt and no way to easily confirm the purchase. Definitely deleting the app.

In addition, there was pepper and some kind of vinagrette on the sandwich as well as jalapenos. The bread is soggy. I'm not even sure if I can eat this sandwich. I tried to call the store to talk to them. They let the phone ring until the answering machine just told that they're not there and to call back later. It wouldn't even let me leave a message. I will never order from this store again.
