6 Best sandwich shop in Salt Lake City, Utah (UT) 2024

Pick up and go is seamless here. Driving in there is construction which takes time. When you order a veggie sandwich through the app they don’t offer the free double cheese. This isn’t this subway issue, but an app issue. Overall it’s a good subway location. Be aware it’s very busy during lunch. ~Traveling

Got a full rack of pork ribs, because they don't offer beef ribs, that were served cold. Brought it to their attention and got new ribs that were cold. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for them to get us hot ribs. They never came and could seem to care less. The staff is pathetic and Comical. Save your money and go somewhere else. Hush puppies were cold and hard. ~Hugh

Ordering went fine. There were 2 people in front of us waiting for their food. The three employees worked on their orders and then just appeared to be standing around. After about 10 minutes of waiting, one worker asked another where her large turkey bacon ranch was (our sandwich) and they searched their machines only to discover they had never started it. They finally began making it and we got our sandwich without even an apology or offer to make our visit better somehow. When we opened it to eat we discovered it was on the wrong bread and they never gave us our pickle. The sandwich still tasted good, but it was very disappointing especially after the long unnecessary wait. ~TD

Awesome people, and fresh ingredients. I tend to customize my sandwiches and sometimes that's an issue for some people. For instance, I like triple cheese sometimes! That throws workers for a loop. Not here! Friendly accommodating. And tasty! ~Kyle

Food was made correctly which how can It not be when you’re watching them, except they toasted our sandwiches when we said no. I’m putting a one star because you need to BEG THEM TO CHANGE THEIR GLOVES before making your sandwich. I watched the gal ring someone out on the computer, put toppings on 3 separate customers’ sandwiches then go in the back for a water bottle then come up and ring me out with the same gloves. Suffice to say I didn’t have the heart to tell her but I left and went some where else right after. Please read the safety and sanitation laws and update your staff before serving anyone else! I give it a month before city creek finds something better to replace them. ~Jazmine

They sometimes close early. It’s good food. I wish they did a U student discount. Take out is a breeze. I would get discounts in my email sometimes after ordering online. ~Bling
