Went today to get my truck and my youngest daughter's car inspections done. My truck past but my daughter's car needed 2 front tires. They gave me a good price on the tires, service was quick and the mechanic and woman in the office were both very friendly. I would recommend them. They are great,my girlfriend broke down in front of there shop.they went out of there way to help her/us out...b4 a holiday weekend...from the front desk to the guys in the shop...TOP KNOCH...and the owner took time out to explain everything to me... HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

After receiving an oil change. My shield underneath the car was not put back on properly, it was hanging down. I had to go back the next morning, for them to put the plugs that hold the piece in place. Just annoying. Especially when given attitude by the front desk lady, saying "Sometimes they fall out" not with a brand new car that you recently purchased from the dealership.Your employee didn't turn them 90 degrees to put them back in properly, or carelessly forgot to put them in because it was the end of the day. If you get an oil change at this place make sure to check underneath your vechile before you leave. You may have parts of your car hanging down! Wouldn't that be a lawsuit, if something were to happen!!!!! Service: Oil change

They must have new owners here, the upsell was pretty pushy here, I'm a retired nys mechanic, and they failed my inspection because of unsafe tires and lug nuts. My tires need replacing and I deserved a warning but not a fail. Went to another place immediately after and passed

I have been using Exit 21 on and off for several years as needed. This week they diagnosed the check lights for ABS, Stabilitrack and traction control for my Wife's SUV. They completed the work timely and for a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to return for future mechanic needs. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I go here for wheel alignments,oil changes,inspections and I've bought my tires here.They didn't stock the tires I wanted,but they ordered them and called me when they came in.The guys here are fast and efficient.They are honest about repairs and haven't overcharged me for work they have done.Rich the owner has taken care of me for the last 4 years and has gone out of his way when he is not busy to work on my imported classic 4x4 vehicle when others were afraid to.

I stopped in to Exit 21 Quick Lube today (07/16/20) for the first time for a Synthetic Oil Change and was pleasantly surprised at a number of things. 1. Very pleasant Office staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. 2. Extremely Clean, Comfortable and Air Conditioned waiting area 3. My truck was taken in literally immediately (with Two technicians working on it at the same time) and was completed in under fifteen minutes I thought the pricing was right in line with local pricing and they topped off my washer fluid without me even asking. I will most certainly return for my next Oil Change when it is time. I honestly have never had a more pleasant experience at an oil Change place before today. Update 9/2/21: Just over one year later and my next oil change was due. Only 6000 miles in one year???? wow....has to be "Pandemic Miles" Anyway, Everything I said above is still true and these guys are just awesome. Everyone still has a smile and a kind word as well as I was in and out in about fifteen minutes again. Something to note though.....The price on the full synthetic has gone up to$67.75.....at least for my Honda Ridgeline. I definitely know where I'm going for my next Oil Change. Service: Oil change

Always a pleasure doing business with them. They have done our family's oil changes for years. The are thorough about making sure all of your fluids are good as well as your air pressure in your tires. Service is quick and even when there is a bit of a wait I don't mind. This place is great.
