We like this place because they always have good stuff and the most important thing is the awesome customer service . We were very lucky to deal with Razor on last Nov2020 to buy a kitchen and also over 900 sf engineered hardwood for our new house ,Razor made it very easy to us he helped us from a to z .The manager Tom was very helpful as well thank you guys .

Bigger selection than you would think. Prices really are bargain compared to Home Depot or Lowe's. Staff is friendly, helpful and mostly knowledgeable. Worth stopping in! I will definitely use again

Their stock has changed since I was last there. It's mostly materials for remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, replacement windows, flooring, and doors. I didn't notice tools, paint, electrical, plumbing, or the odd over-stock items. Still it is a great place to shop for low to mid priced construction materials.

If you are doing self pick up Uhaul here, immediately cancel or change your reservation to a different location to save yourself a major headache. I just had the WORST experience here. I made a reservation weeks ago to pick up a Uhaul van but when I showed up today the staff had no idea how to use the system and the issue couldn’t be resolved even after waiting for two hours. I had to go to a different location to start a new reservation. During the two hours, the staff was apologetic but still that was not the excuse for not knowing how to do their job. You could have reached out in advance to suggest I transfer to a different location if you guys are not even sure how to do this. I mean this is 50% Uhaul’s fault (no training according to the staff here) and 50% the staff at this store’s fault. If you’re doing this pickup deal with Uhaul, you’re responsible for knowing how to do your job. Your saw my reservation and you knew your system is not up running, so you should either cancel the reservation beforehand or figure out how to do your job!

They have a wide variety of products, but I had to go to the store in North Syracuse to get a part that goes with a unit that I bought at the Syracuse Erie Blvd Store. A very good store though for many, many household and construction related products.

Great prices on high quality materials. At first when I compared the prices of the Cabinetry they sold with Home Depot and Lowe's the prices seemed identical. Then I realized that they only sell all solid plywood construction cabinets, which are nearly twice as expensive at Home Depot and Lowe's. Double the quality for the same price or the same quality for a discounted price, take your pick. I would recommend the place to anyone.
